Random thoughts on the Russia-Ukraine war: The relationship between countries is actually just like that

I used to think that international affairs and diplomacy were all high-sounding things, but now it seems that they are just that simple, and there is no essential difference from making friends with us. The biggest difference is that we wear down jackets when we should wear down jackets, and wear vests and shorts when we should wear vests and shorts, while "international affairs" and "diplomacy" must be dressed up in suits and ties.

That's all.

Therefore, the principles of communication between people also apply to countries.

First of all, don't trust other countries easily, especially those with bad reputations. The reputation of a person or a country is determined by his past style of doing things, not imposed on him by others.

Take Ukraine for example. In 1994, it signed the "Budapest Treaty" to destroy the gas tanks in the house and hand them over to the public. The anti-theft windows were all removed and replaced with curtains. As a result, the people who promised to help them guard the house and yard directly carried gas tanks and sledgehammers to rob their yard and house.

As for the others who promised to help keep you safe, some of them were like squeezing toothpaste, and some simply cheered for the robbers.

This is not surprising. Who hasn't met a few people who don't keep their promises in life! It's not scary to meet such people, but it's scary that you treat such people as friends.

So, whether it's a person or a country, you have to be more careful when walking in the rivers and lakes. Don't think that those who smile at you are all good people. Sometimes they are eyeing your property or objects.

As an individual, if you sign an agreement or contract with someone, you can at least go to the court if the other party breaches the contract. The court also has an execution court. However, this is not omnipotent. Some people have already done risk avoidance in advance, and their property has been transferred. They are just cheating you when signing.

As a country, after signing an agreement, those with good character basically take it seriously, and those with bad character forget it after signing - for them, signing is just a means to fool others, and for them, the agreement is meant to be torn up. If you encounter such a person, you really can't do anything. Because the so-called "United Nations" is just lip service at best, and has even been bribed and threatened by others, so they dare not even move their lips.

Of course, we cannot kill all people or all countries with one stick. There are still people or countries who are righteous, trustworthy, and insist on fulfilling their responsibilities.

The war in Ukraine has been going on for more than two years, and the money spent and the weapons and shells used are basically all from the aid of the promised countries, and the aid is getting stronger and stronger.

Remember: when making friends, you must choose those who keep their words!

Secondly, you must be strong and make people feel that you are worthy of help.

In reality, it is common for friends to come to you for help when they are in trouble. But I believe that you will not help everyone who comes.

Will you help someone who doesn't keep his word?

Will you help someone who can't help himself?

Will you help someone who doesn't work hard and only wants to rely on others?

Of course not.

Ukrainians have proved with practical actions for more than two years that they have courage, responsibility, ideals, and pursuits, and they have also kept morality in the most difficult situations.

Everyone believes that as long as the help is in place, they can achieve their goals.

Such people are worth helping!

Anyone is willing to help such people - of course, the premise is that they are friends. Moreover, don't take the small groups formed by some people too seriously.

Yesterday, two world-famous heroes, one old and one young, met. The atmosphere was very lively. In the end, they signed a contract, saying that if one of them was bullied, the other party would help unconditionally.

However, there is no clear definition of what "bullying" specifically refers to and how to help.

It can be predicted that in the future, when one party shouts to the other party "someone bullied me, come and help me", if the other party does not see the benefit, they will definitely say: "No one bullied you." Or, I will help you verbally.

So, many people are very excited about this contract, and many people feel very nervous, but in fact, there is no need to take it too seriously.

Those who sign are thinking about getting, not giving. When the giving faces the risk of losing money, they will not do it stupidly, because in their eyes, the so-called contract is only a contract when it is a contract, and when it is not a contract, it is just a piece of waste paper. History and reality from ancient times to the present tell us that this kind of combination that only wants to take and is unwilling to give will never have any righteousness and mutual appreciation. As objective conditions change, they will definitely turn against each other as promised.

Let me tell you a true story - there are two brothers in our village. They are very good at mixing, have done a lot of small projects, and have made some money. But they have almost no friends in the village. I heard from others that when they need you, their faces are brighter than children, but after things have changed, they will not even look at you even if they bump their heads on the road.

I didn't believe it at first, but later I found it was true.

One night more than ten years ago, the younger brother of the two brothers came to my house and wanted to issue a diploma for a relative's child to sign a contract with the work unit. I asked him to find me at school the next day, and I did it for him without hesitation.

A few days later, I met him on the road. When I was about to say hello, I was surprised to find that he really didn't even look at me.

If such a person joins forces with others to compete with you, you don't have to worry at all. Maybe they will fight before the competition officially starts.
