Priscilla Presley, born Priscilla Ann Wagner, is an American actress and businesswoman who is best known as the wife of rock and roll icon Elvis Presley. Born on May 24, 1945, in Brooklyn, New York, Priscilla spent most of her upbringing in Memphis, Tennessee. She was only 14 years old when she met 24-year-old Elvis Presley, while he was stationed in Germany as a U.S. Army soldier. Their relationship blossomed, and they eventually married in 1967, when Priscilla was 21.

Priscilla Presley is often depicted as the stereotypical trophy wife of Elvis Presley. However, her accomplishments and contributions extend far beyond her marriage to the rock star. Despite marrying one of the biggest names in the music industry, Priscilla was able to forge a successful career in her own right.

After Elvis's death, Priscilla took over managing his estate and became an executive in the Elvis Presley Enterprises. She was instrumental in turning Graceland, Elvis' iconic mansion, into a tourist attraction for fans. She also oversaw the release of several posthumous albums by the King of Rock and Roll, including "ELV1S: 30 #1 Hits," which became an instant hit.

Aside from her work with Elvis Presley Enterprises, Priscilla also pursued an acting career. She made her debut on the big screen in 1983, starring opposite Leslie Nielsen in "The Naked Gun," which became a cult classic. She reprised her role in the sequels, "The Naked Gun 2½: The Smell of Fear" and "Naked Gun 33⅓: The Final Insult."

Priscilla Presley also had success on television, starring in the soap opera "Dallas" as Jenna Wade, a role she played from 1983 to 1988. She returned to daytime television in 2015, making a guest appearance on the long-running soap "General Hospital," which had been the first TV show Elvis had ever appeared on.

In recent years, Priscilla Presley has become a prominent figure in the anti-aging industry. In 2004, she launched her own line of skincare products, named "Priscilla Presley Collection," which uses natural ingredients to combat the signs of aging. She also authored a book, "The Beauty Blueprint: 8 Steps to Building the Life and Look of Your Dreams," which offers tips on how to age gracefully.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Priscilla Presley is also known for her philanthropy. She is a supporter of several charitable organizations, including the Dream Foundation, which fulfills the wishes of terminally ill adults, and the Susan G. Komen Foundation, which raises awareness and funds for breast cancer research.

Despite the many achievements and accolades Priscilla Presley has received throughout her life, she has also faced a fair share of challenges. Her marriage to Elvis Presley was tumultuous, and they ultimately divorced in 1973. She was left to raise their daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, alone while also navigating the difficult waters of being the former wife of one of the biggest stars in the world.

Priscilla Presley's life has been marked by both triumphs and tragedies, successes and failures. However, she has persevered through it all, continuing to build her legacy and inspire others along the way. She is a true icon, not only as the wife of Elvis Presley but as an accomplished actress, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and advocate for healthy aging.
