Who is on the other end of the telephone with General Hospital’s Peter August

Peter August has done a lot of damage in Port Charles and he has not acted alone. When General Hospital begins taping once more there will be a lot of unresolved issues regarding Anna and Faison's son that must be tackled. One of them is that the viewers need to know who Wes Ramsey’s character has been talking to on the phone, each time he makes trouble. Whoever is on the other end of the line has been carrying out the bidding for "Henrik" and it’s time this person or persons is revealed. Peter obviously has some underworld connections and people ready to do his bidding. Could his father Caesar Faison possibly still be alive and helping him out, and if not, then who is?

Maxie is head over heels in love with this man and may possibly be carrying his child. Prior to the shut down of taping she seemed to be displaying pregnancy symptoms. A bun in the oven has not been confirmed so right now it is only a possibility. Maxie is in the dark about this man she adores and has absolutely no idea what is capable of. She believes her mother in law to be the monster who caused so much pain in Port Charles, but in truth it is her lover who framed her son's grandmother. There are other Port Charles citizens who do know how dangerous Peter August is and they are trying to put a stop to him.

Damian Spinelli, Robert Scorpio, Jason Morgan and Sam McCall know Peter set Obrecht up to take the fall for his crimes. They realize he had Drew and murdered and hired a hit man to kill Andre and Franco. Everyone in town knows Peter shot the hired killer, but believe he is a hero. Only a few are aware that he himself hired the hit man and that when he shot him it was cold blooded murder. Robert is diligently working to bring down his ex wife's son, but he was recently sidetracked. Peter made one of his phone calls and asked someone to keep DA Scorpio busy, and that person complied.

Shortly after, the news came that Holly had died when a boat went down in the ocean. Robert believes his former wife is still alive and is investigating. This is exactly what Mr. August wants. He does not believe that Robert really wants to broker peace with him, so he is covering his bases and trying to keep Scorpio off of his trail. General Hospital fans find it interesting that there is always someone at Peter's beck and call, waiting to carry out his orders. This seems to suggest that he came to Port Charles with his criminal past intact and was never truly going to reform. His mother and girlfriend believe he has changed and will be shocked when the truth comes out.

There is also a possibility that General Hospital will not focus on who is assisting Peter, but only on revealing that he framed Obrecht and had Drew killed. Even so, this does not stop fans from wondering who he is connected to. It could be some unknown individual, or perhaps someone in Port Charles is helping him.The same way it was revealed that Henrik is alive and well and still causing problems, there could be a moment when his assistant is shown to be a least likely Port Charles character. Many fans are saying they want his accomplice to be revealed. This would be a big mystery all in itself, in addition to other storylines.

Peter called someone and ordered them to get rid of Drew, and soon after Andrew Cane's plane went down. It's possible, although not for certain that he had assistance in his elaborate scheme to set Liesl up for all the crimes he, himself committed. Could it be Valnetin, who threw Obrecht over the parapet into the water, leaving her to drown? The former Cassadine heir had Cassandra's boat to blow up, but so far no one has been able to prove it. Are these two men working together behind the scenes or is someone else going to be revealed as Peter's accomplice? Be sure to tune in when the new episodes begin airing to find out.
