7 Shows Fans of Invincible Do Not Want to Miss!
It is safe to say, in this era of DCEU failures and MCU game-changers, many people were probably not sure what to expect from Amazon Prime’s animated superhero series Invincible, based on the popular comic book created by the man also responsible for The Walking Dead, Robert Kirkman. But the Certified Fresh endeavor on Rotten Tomatoes outdid all expectations with a gripping story following the offspring of the most powerful being on Earth, Omni-Man (J.K. Simmons), Mark (Stephen Yeun), aka Invincible, who gets his powers in high school. Through his arduous attempts to follow in his father’s footsteps, he quickly realizes being a hero can be messy and learns how monumentally difficult it will be to live up to his name.

Dimer | TLC Addict | Writer | PoetPublished 2 years ago in GeeksBreaking the (Autistic) Code: Johnny from The Room (2003)
Disclaimer: I am not a licensed medical professional and this series is not about diagnosing the character(s) with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This series is a personal examination of the film/TV show's plot, the character's traits and personality and how they relate to me as an Autistic woman. I will also examine canonically Autistic Characters, so take my personal opinions as just that, a personal opinion. I would encourage my readers to seek out different perspectives on disability representation especially from BIPOC disabled creators who are often ignored in the disability discourse. Also some of the topics I will discuss might be triggering so please take care of your mental health when reading. I will also try to avoid giving away any spoilers for those who have not seen the film/TV show but if I have to give context for my arguments, this will be a likely occurrence so please be forewarned.
Kelsey O'MalleyPublished 2 years ago in GeeksWhy I'm Not Mad At Will Smith
I know some of you guys are already sick of this topic so feel free to click off my post if this is you. I'll wait. Are the boring people gone yet? Good. I had to gather my thoughts before I wrote my serious take on this topic. First, I'm going to go on ahead and say that I am extremely biased. I have been a huge fan of Will Smith. Heck, the first single I ever bought was Parents Just Don't Understand. Also, I have NEVER been a Chris Rock fan. His voice literally gets on my nerves. I watched Everybody Hates Chris despite having to hear him narrate the show. The actors were just too good for me to ignore. I watched the documentary because hello, how could I pass up a documentary about black hair? So there's that. Now that that's out of the way.... Here's my take on it.
