Thomas has a medical emergency on The Bold and the Beautiful

Fans of The Bold and the Beautiful have been questioning the sanity of Thomas Forrester for quite some time and now may obtain some answers. Several spoilers suggest that Ridge and Taylor's son has an underlying, undiagnosed medical condition but have given no details. Based on the fact that he thinks the mannequin is talking to him, Thomas probably has a brain tumor. Spoilers indicate that soon his family will be holding a vigil as he fights for his life. If this is true there will be a number of situations shifting. Ridge, Hope, and Steffy will all be worried about Thomas while Liam might tuck his tail and hide.

Liam has been calling Thomas crazy and trying to convince everyone that he was evil and not capable of change. If his bad behavior can be blamed on a tumor, then Thomas really was not responsible for Emma's death and the other things that he did. Hope will naturally have more compassion for him as Liam goes through a variety of emotions. He might feel guilty for being so judgmental or annoyed that everyone around him cares so much about Thomas. At some point, Liam will have to realize that Hope did not sleep with Steffy's brother, but by the time he does the damage may be done.

In Hope's eyes, Thomas was trying so hard to be a better person and she admires him for that. She will be angry that Liam actually thought she would cheat on him and it may take her a while to forgive him. In the meantime, spoilers say Dr. Finn will most likely figure out what is going on and see that Thomas gets the treatment he needs. This will make him a hero in the eyes of those who care about Thomas. Even Brooke will have to admit she was too hard on him if a tumor is the issue. This will leave Liam as the only one who will have a hard time accepting that illness was solely to blame for everything that Steffy's brother put them all through.

This situation could even cause Hope to begin caring more about the father of little Douglas. Her anger at Liam might just push her towards the man she was about to marry. Steffy will be elated that Finn helped her brother but viewers know she is not truly over Liam. After mistaking the mannequin, Liam should have entered the apartment and got some answers, but he ran straight to Steffy. The two could end up in bed again which would destroy Lope and Dr. Finn would be out of the picture. B&B viewers have been saying on social media that they are tired of Steam and Lope and the continued love triangle.

There is really no way to figure out at this point how all of this will -play out but it looks like there could be a chance for Hope to love Thomas after all. Fans will be elated that Thomas was not simply losing it when he began to imagine the lifesize doll was talking to him. Spoilers do not say how the medical issue comes to light, only that Ridge, Steffy, and Hope will be by Thomases side and that Dr. Finn will emerge the hero. Many viewers were happy to see Steffy begin a relationship with Finn, but not many held out any faith that this relationship would last.

Be on the lookout for updates and additional details related to the Thomas health crisis storyline. Viewers will be waiting to see if Taylor returns to LA. She did not show u the last time her son was in a crisis but perhaps an issue with his brain and emergency surgery will bring her back to town. Both Brooke and Liam have been pretty brutal towards Thomas and not willing to give him a chance. It will be interesting to see how they react because no one can fake a brain issue.
