Theo and Miriam have obstacles in their way.

On Tuesday and Wednesday March 17th and 18th, The Young and the Restless will be preempted on the East Coast because of the NCAA Basketball tournament. Soaps She Knows has released spoilers for Monday, Thursday and Friday and there will be a lot of action. These spoiler alerts come straight from the CBS studio and do not change. For this reason the information from this site is reliable. Here is what is in store for viewers.

Theo is out of control

This past week a snow storm caused Kyle to wreck his vehicle. He and Summer had to spend the night at Society with Lola and Theo. Things were pretty tense but did not get completely out of control. The women did their best to be cordial to each other but the cousins continued to be competitive and even arm wrestled. Spoilers say next week Jack will be working hard to keep hie nephew in line. Theo will probably continue trying to get under his cousin’s skin and use Lola to do so. There will obviously be drama at Jabot and that’s probably why Jack has to step in. He wants his new relative to be a team player and not have any friction in the work place, Jack may have to referee between Kyle and Theo because their tempers might flare. Since Summer works at Jabot there may be some issues between her and Theo as well.

Neither Summer nor Kyle want to see Lola get involved with Theo, but they really don’t have the right to give any input. On Friday Theo did everything he could to get under his cousin’s skin and Lola eventually told him to stop. He will probably start the drama again at the office during the next few weeks, where Lola is not aware of what he is doing. Theo can’t seem to help himself and Kyle obviously cannot keep himself from responding. Jack may end up having to fire his nephew or sending him to a Paris to work with Ashley. Something has to give and Kyle is not going anywhere.

Amanda turns to Nate

Amanda is going to seek advice from Nate and it more than likely has to do with Billy. Ms. Sinclair has been spending time with both men but she had not shown a romantic interest in either. She did have a heart to heart with Billy about her guilt over Ripley stabbing Victoria, Spoilers don’t say what the conversation is about but it could be the status of their own relationship or her feelings for Billy Boy Abbott. Last week Devon and Elena apologized to Amanda because of their attitudes towards her and Devon let her know he had his money back. Some Y&R viewers really wanted to see Devon and Ms. Sinclair get together but it does not look like the storyline is headed in that direction.

Mariah

Spoilers say Mariah will try her best to make up for her irrational decision to become intimate with Lyndsey. Ms. Copeland honestly thought Tessa was having an affair with Tanner and reacted in the moment. Lyndsey said she realized Mariah still lived Tessa and that she was there for her when she needed a friend. Crying on someone’s shoulder is one thing but sleeping with them is something different. Cait Fairbanks has been placed on recurring status which has many viewers thinking her character is about to be written out of the show.

For this reason not many who watch The Young and the Restless believe there will be a reconciliation, but time will tell. It’s not clear what Marish is going to do in her attempt to win Tessa back or how long she has before her significant other is on the road again. This could be the point where Tessa exits Genoa City for good, but you never know how this will play.

Adam

Spoilers indicate that Adam will be doing his usual which is trying to please Victor. He is waiting for his father to allow him to run Newman Enterprises while Victoria is recovering. Nikki does not want her stepson in this position and both she and Victor really want Nick to step up. Chelsea wants Adam to be given a chance to prove himself and Nicholas wants nothing to do with the family business. A few weeks back spoiler alerts stated that Nick would help out until his sister returned but thus far he has remained firm in his refusal. No one ever knows what the great Bictor Neeman has up his sleeve so there are several possibilities in this situation.

Victor could decide that he will remain in charge until his daughter can return to work, or he might come out of retirement. Nikki has been adamate that she does not want her spouse going back to work full time, but Victor has defied his wife before. If Nicholas stand his ground then his father may have no other choice but to place Adam in charge. Nick could change his mind and take the job which would break Bictor’s heart. The Newman patriarch could always have his sons working together. Be sure to tune in during the week of March 16-20 to see how things work out for Mariah, Adam, Theo and Amanda. Don’t forget if you are on the East Coast, The Young and the Restless will not be shown on Tuesday and Wednesday the 17th and 18th. Merry
