The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Ashley and Jack find themselves in the midst of difficult situations

Jack and Ashley cannot agree to meet in the middle

Tuesday on The Young and the Restless both Jack Abbott (PeterBergman) and his sister Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) find themselves in unique situations. The siblings have been bickering over Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) and once again Jack told his sister to move out of their family home. Now it looks as if Ashley will make a move that is going to infuriate her brother.

Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) has signed the papers and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) owns his business McCall Unlimited. Victor assures him the money has been transferred into his account and later Tucker informs Ashley. He tells her he sold the company and his debt is paid and he is leaving town and Ashley asks him to move in with her. Perhaps she is talking about the Abbott mansion and might try to prove her point to Jack that the house is as much hers as his.

Ashley may be coming after Jack

Ashley might be inviting Tucker to come to stay at the family home which will only add to the drama between the siblings. The other possibility is that she decided to take Jack at his word and move out. Tucker is tired and he does not desire to keep playing Ashley's games and she actually begins crying. When he doubts her sincerity she pulls him into a passionate kiss to show him she cares. Spoilers say these two are headed down a path of reconciliation which should cause as much of a stir in Genoa City as Jack and Diane.

Meanwhile, Jack will overhear Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) on a phone call and ask if it has anything to do with Diane. Chance will respond that he is wondering the same thing and then reveal to Jack that Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) has been found but he is dead. Ashley like Summer Newman Abbott (Allison Lanier) believes Diane is capable of murder and that she did kill Phyllis Summers (Michele Stafford). Ashley was making this point to Jack during their heated argument and told him Diane will cost him everything.

Can the Abbott sibling reunite as long as Tucker and Diane are in the picture?

How long will it take before Chance realizes that something more is going on and consider that Stark framed Phyllis? He knows that Diane is behind bars and could not have committed this crime and he also realizes that Jack wanted Jeremy brought to justice in his belief that he framed Phyllis. The redhead is going to reveal herself to Summer but asks for her silence for a while. This will leave Jack and Ashley at each other's throats and if Tucker moves into the Abbot home or with Ashley somewhere else this is only going to add to the drama.

How will Ashley feel if she finds out that shortly before she spoke to Tucker he had asked Audra Charles ( Zuleyka Silver) to leave town with him? Tucker could explain this away based on the fact that Ashley had been leading him on so she really cannot be upset about it.
