The Sequel Of The Toy Story "Toy Story 2"

The best kids-friendly movie

Computers, Science & Technology At the end of the 1990s, Walt Disney Pictures and Pixar Animation Studios gave a sequel to “Toy Story” which was named “Toy Story 2”. At the beginning of the production, Disney envisioned the film as a direct–to–video sequel. As a result, they began the production in a building separated from Pixar, which was a much smaller scale.

Disney wanted to upgrade the film, but Pixar was unhappy with the quality of the film. The first confusion was begun when the story approached the production stage because it was unclear whether Pixar would produce the film or not. But the time passes, the confusion was removed and Pixar produced the film, although the entire team was busy with another film. Before switching from direct- to video to feature film, the animator's team had been placed in a new building that was well- separated from the other company.

Karen Jackson, the co-producer of the film explained that they were just the small film and were off playing in their sandbox. The director of the film looked at every shot closely which was animated and called for tweaks throughout. In the first film, every character was modeled off of a computer-drawn diagram first and then it was reached in the computer animated design. After having the model, articulation, and motion control code of the character, then the animators allowed the character to move in a variety of ways like talking, walking, or jumping. They also used the same theory in this film. But they upgrade the character model and the shades.

Glenn Mcqueen, the supervisor of the animator inspired the animators to do spectacular work in the short amount of time given and assign different shots to suit each animator’s strengths. In the first film, the crew was very careful about the creation of a new location due to technology at that time. But in this film, they had advanced technology, which allowed for more complicated camera shots. To make this film, the Pixar team didn’t want to stray too far from the first look of the film.

Since the first feature had been completed, the company had produced a lot of software that helped them to achieve the dust visible after Woody was placed on top of a shelf. It was a difficult task, but animators, animated a tiny particle of dust and the computer distributed the image throughout the entire shelf. In this 21st century, the ways of making this kind of film are updated. Now the animators use new programs and a variety of ways to make every character and shots. They are using IMAX Studios and CGI technology to make the characters and shots so much more realistic.

Through this film, Walt Disney Pictures showed some spectacular work of the animators and presented advanced technology in the animation world. As CG technology develops rapidly, sci-fi movies become more and more popular and also suit the taste of the multitude.

Sometimes, we are even surprised by the amazement of the technology that made the amazing scenes in sci-fi movies. In effect, when we have seen the comparison between the before and after effects of these movies, we’ll feel a big divide about the comparison. However, the post-production behind these movies is very difficult and time-consuming. It can be calculated to a small frame by frame.

In effect, these productions can’t be apart from the help of a render farm equipped with top-rank hardware specs to help their artists to realize their creativity and what they want their movies to be. So is Fox Render Farm with Vray render farm, which is not a production company, but one of the leading online rendering service providers, which also means the production companies all over the world can benefit from the rendering services it offers. It is its point to make contributions to the development of CG technology.
