The dressmaker cannot be rational where the Spencer Publications mogul is concerned. This will only lead to sorrow.

Ridge Forrester is digging a big hole on The Bold and the Beautiful and he, himself is going to fall into it. Instead of using reasoning and comm sense, he is going with his emotions. This is exactly what sneaky Quinn knew he would do and things are going her way thus far. Quinn went to visit Dollar Bill and convinced him that Brooke is the love of his life. She told him to go after what he wanted and that's exactly what he did. While he was declaring his love for Ms. Logan, Ridge was listening outside the door and heard Brooke say she will always love Bill.

Ridge could have walked in on the two and demanded answers and had he stuck around he would have heard Brooke say that he and not Dollar Bill is the man she wants to spend the rest of her life with. Instead, he went away to brood and on Tuesday he relived some of the worse moments between himself and Bill Spencer. Ridge recalled when Bill had Justin dump him out of the helicopter into the ocean. He envisioned the video that Shauna took of Bill and Brooke kissing, He remembered the fistfight after Bill told him that Steffy wanted to be in his bed.

Meanwhile, Quinn was gloating to Shauna how her plan is working and that she got Bill to go to Brooke. Quinn insisted to her BFF that Ridge would indeed come home to her and added that will probably be on this very night. On that note, Quinn left so the newlyweds could be alone and told Shauna to think positive thoughts. Dollar Bill was in his office daydreaming about Brooke, who was dressed in lingerie in her bed waiting for Ridge. Unfortunately for her, Ridge went back to the Forrester mansion and called Shauna his wife. He put the annulment papers in his pocket, took his new bride by the hand, and went upstairs to consummate the marriage.

Ridge will release some of his frustration in bed with Shauna, but she is only a substitute. He probably would rather be hitting Dollar Bill with his fists because of the conversation he overheard. Ridge will not want to be anywhere near Brooke or Bill who are probably going to eventually get together. All that pent up rage and anger has got to come to a head and Shauna's bedroom skills may not be enough to hold Ridge back. He might still get into another altercation with the dressmaker, who surely will be beating his chest if he wins Brooke.

Quinn and Shauna will enjoy this honeymoon phase where they have the love of the Forrester men but it will not last. The truth that Ridge was tricked into the marriage will be revealed and Eric will probably throw his wife out. Ridge could become livid and kick Shauna out as well, but he also might forgive her. He cannot get Brooke's words out of his head, that she will love Dollar Bill for the rest of her life. Ridge will not even want to hear her explanation regarding the rest of the conversation.

Ridge hates Bill with a passion and that hatred will fuel his actions from this point onward. He could decide to stay with Shauna even after he finds out what she and Quinn have been up to. Shauna has proven that she loves him and will be loyal which is something that Brooke does not seem to be able to manage. As long has Ridge continues to allow the images of Bill Spencer to fill his head there is no telling in what direction he will be headed. Fans of the Bold and the Beautiful should buckle their seatbelts because this is definatly going to be a wild and bumpy ride. For now, let the honeymoon begin.
