We see the cast of ‘The Big Bang Theory’ as a really close group of friends. Think again! It’s been reported that Kaley Cuoco and Mayim Bialik are feuding over their current money matters.
Recently Mayim has been interviewed about the show itself and expressed her thoughts that the cast are incredibly overpaid. Mayim who plays Amy Farrah Fowler reportedly earns $100,000 an episode. However, Kaley who plays Penny earns a whopping $1,000,000 per episode. Yes per episode! Mayim believes everyone in the show is badly overpaid including herself.
It’s rumoured that the feud between Kaley and Mayim is currently an ongoing thing and suggestions have been made. Kaley, Jim and Johnny are the three that earn $1,000,000 per episode. It’s been suggested that all seven members of the cast should club all their wages together then split it seven ways. This way everyone gets an equal share and no one is getting overpaid.
Season Nine of the show itself is drawing to a close but Season 10 is only just around the corner! The big question is how much longer has the show got left in itself? Well, salaries are incredibly high, so it’s no doubt that the cast would want to stop now! If we’re lucky, there cpould be a few more years left in it. The hit TV Series ‘Friends’ ran for 10 Seasons and the cast of ‘Friends’ all demanded that they got equal pay to make it fair. Just like Big Bang, the cast all ended up getting $1,000,000 an episode.
Will Penny and Amy’s Feud Come To A Stop?
Of course if the money feud on the Big Bang set doesn’t stop, there could be consequences. It could result in either Kaley or Mayim getting sacked from the show or leaving. This would have a major impact on the show. If the feud continues, other cast members may get involved and it could become quite serious and may end the show.
