My Review of "Ronny Chieng: Speakeasy"
Ronny Chieng: Speakeasy is Ronny Chieng's latest Netflix special for 2022. I've been a fan of Ronny's comedy since his last special Ronny Chieng: Asian Comedian Destroy's America. That special was methodically put together to create a very tight comedy set. This one is a big departure of that set.

Red and Black
The Red and the Black is a novel written by the French writer Stendhal, one of the most prominent French writers in the nineteenth century, and his works were characterised by irony and at the same time harsh criticism of the depths of the human soul. He lived within the strict social structure in France after the turmoil of the French Revolution and the rule of Napoleon Bonaparte, red symbolises the military uniform and black symbolises ideology because the priests' uniform was black, the novel revolves around the ideology-military conflict as well.

My Review of "The Equalizer (2014)"
The Equalizer (2014) is the catalyst movie that started a whole franchise. This movie has gone on to a sequel and a TV show. I fell in love with this movie when it first came out, watching it again today gave me new insights as to why I liked it.

Good Time Review
When you pop in a movie into the blu ray player or dim the lights and take the first bite of popcorn you expect every time to be an experience that you remember. Some movies provide this and others do not. That is just the nature of the game. Good Time is one of those movies that grips you right from the opening frame and does not let up for one second until the end credits roll.

My Review of "Gran Turismo 7 on the PlayStation 5"
Gran Turismo 7 on the PlayStation 5 is the latest car simulator game by Polyphony released in 2022. I honestly didn't think they'd be able to release it this year because Polyphony had been notorious for not meeting release dates. Now with games being released half finished to be updated later, this became a reality. Fortunately this game didn't ship out half broken.

My Review of "American Underdog"
American Underdog is a biographical movie based on the life of Kurt Warner. For those that don't follow the National Football League, Kurt Warner is an American football player that didn't really get to live his dream until later on in his life. I remember his Superbowl win years ago but I didn't know they'd make a whole movie out of it. Then again why not?

My Review of "Kill Zone (aka SPL)"
Kill Zone (aka SPL) came out in 2005. I remember watching this movie a long time ago and was mesmerized by the action sequences and the story. More than a decade later I only somewhat remember the action sequences but forgot the story altogether. It was time to revisit this film and see if it holds up to today's standards.
