The Boys - Commentary and Analysis
After too long a wait, I finally watched season 2 of the Boys and I have so many thoughts, all of which are framed around the women of the show because I genuinely do not care about any of these men (except of course for Frenchie). So here we go;

Lord of The Rings: The Rings of Power Series Review (Season 1)
Few fantasy adaptations are as revered as The Lord of The Rings. Between 2001 and 2003, Peter Jackson’s trilogy was a masterclass in fantastical imagination, bringing J.R.R Tolkien’s creation to life in stunning fashion. Some two decades later, Amazon is banking big on this property with The Rings Of Power. It had some potential, but the new series doesn’t amount to anything more than a pretty picture.

8 Completely Insane Movie Characters and Why I Love Them, An Analysis
Narcissistic, obsessive, sociopathic, psychopathic, just a few of the similarities to be found in the following list of film characters. You might say they are as insanely good as they are insanely bad.

Review of 'Dragons of Deceit'
Destina Rosethorn—as her name implies—believes herself to be a favored child of destiny. But when her father dies in the War of the Lance, she watches her carefully constructed world come crashing down. She loses not only her beloved father but also the legacy he has left her: the family lands and castle. To save her father, she hatches a bold plan—to go back in time and prevent his death. First, she has to secure the Device of Time Journeying, last known to be in the possession of the spirited kender Tasslehoff Burrfoot. But to change time, she’ll need another magical artifact—the most powerful and dangerous artifact ever created. Destina’s quest takes her from the dwarven kingdom of Thorbardin to the town of Solace and beyond, setting in motion a chain of disastrous events that threaten to divert the course of the River of Time, alter the past, and forever change the future.

How Does Halloween End?
Halloween has been a horror tentpole franchise for the better part of 4 decades. Now the thrilling saga is said to be concluding with this final entry. There are plenty of loose ends to tie up, plenty of ideas to throw around that make way for a true final installment.

My Review of "She-Hulk: Attorney at Law: Season One"
She-Hulk: Attorney at Law: Season One has just wrapped up. There were quite a lot of expectations from all sorts of groups for this show. Not one of those expectations the same. No matter what your opinion is of this show, most of the show did remind me of the comic that I used to read years back.

My Review of "Werewolf by Night"
Werewolf by Night is an odd recent entry to Disney Plus in late 2022. I guess it's to coincide with Halloween and all. The only issue I had was trying to figure out how this interacts with the regular Marvel Cinematic Universe. That is quickly remedied because this is a stand-alone feature that is rather unique.

Film review: Us
he underclass is coming to destroy us, and we will deserve it. That is the simple, overarching message of Jordan Peele’s witty meta-horror film, Us. The ‘us’ he aligns viewers with is a middle-class American family of four, the Wilsons, and ‘they’ are their doppelgangers. The disenfranchised doubles have been living somewhere mysterious, cut off from the comforts of society. This other mother, father and two children appear one night in the Wilsons’ driveway wearing blood-red jumpsuits and wielding large golden scissors, the better to slice up their counterparts. Class warfare has rarely broken out with such frightening panache.

Film review: Toy Story 4
There are those of us (myself included) who would argue that the first three Toy Story episodes stand as the finest trilogy in Hollywood history, and for us Toy Story 4 was a nerve-wracking prospect. Nine years ago, Toy Story 3 seemed to be the perfect farewell to a perfect series, so another instalment was about as welcome as a moustache and sunglasses painted on the Mona Lisa. We needn’t have worried. It’s clear within minutes that the new cartoon, directed by Josh Cooley, will be as gorgeously animated and as generously sprinkled with jokes as Pixar’s best work, and any lingering misgivings melt away in the warm glow of seeing Woody (voiced by Tom Hanks), Buzz Lightyear (Tim Allen) and the rest of the loveable, misfit gang back together.

Cyberpunk: Edgerunners | Love, Death, and Cyberpunk
I’m usually the last to admit that I’m picky when it comes to anime, but here I am, ready to confess my anime sins. Compared to where the industry was some ten years ago, Japanese animation has become a worldwide mainstream topic for people from all walks of life. Back in the day, anime felt more niche, like a dirty secret that you had to keep hidden otherwise you’d be bullied for it at school. Many more shows then flew under the radar and coming across good ones felt like you had uncovered a hidden gem.
