May December
My favorite thing about being active on social media is seeing which shows and movies become internet trends and trying to decipher why. Well the latest movie getting buzz on TikTok is May December recently released on Netflix. Though it is not a movie that I would normally be interested in watching, streaming service movies are eligible for Oscars so I must do my due diligence. So here we are, my review of Netflix’s May December.

The Greatest Movies Ever Made
I'm going to be starting off a new section with these reviews I'm doing called 'The Greatest Movies Ever Made'. Honestly though, these are entirely my own opinion so I apologise if you do not see the one you want that week or you don't really think that week was something you agreed with. I care about your opinion enough to read it but unfortunately, you really couldn't change my mind if you tried. There are certain movies I value as being additions to culture and ones I don't. If you don't see the film you want to see that week then maybe it'll stick around next week or the week after.

Fast Charlie: Where Whiskey Soaks Redemption and Blood Stains Magnolias
In the sweltering tapestry of the Deep South, where lightning bugs paint the night alive and kudzu strangles mansions like vengeful vines, lurks Fast Charlie Bucktin. He ain't your average hitman, hell no. He's a Stetson-wearing bard of violence, a Faulknerian poet with a trigger finger that speaks a sonnet of lead. Pierce Brosnan, his Bond tux traded for a linen suit and a drawl thick as molasses, paints Charlie as a canvas of contradictions. He's got the charm to coax a rattlesnake out of its den, eyes that've witnessed enough crimson to stain the sunset, and a conscience that howls like a lost wolf on the moonlit plains.

So I Talked to ChatGPT About Miami Connection
The other day, I was trying to talk to ChatGPT about Anal Cunt and its frontman, Seth Putnam, when our conversation kept getting flagged due to the controversial nature of every single thing Seth ever did. To avoid the continual flagging, I decided to ask GPT about Miami Connection, since it is the finest bad movie ever produced, even moreso than Samurai Cop or The Room. Here’s our convo.
