I LOVE MATRIX RESURRECTIONS!
Admittedly, this movie can be a convoluted one! However, it is a treat for die hard fans. The new and "exciting" trend in modern movies today is to have a lot of Meta Humour (lol you're reading a review!) that breaks the fourth wall. Matrix Resurrections satirises this heavily and it can be annoying, however that is kind of the point.

Villainess Review: Sylvie Garrett (Mommy, I Didn't Do It)
Hard to believe that it's been five years since the film, Mommy, I Didn't Do It premiered on Lifetime. There are two main things I remember about New Year's Day 2017. One, I was watching a primetime game between the Green Bay Packers and the Detroit Lions, which the Packers won to clinch the NFC North. The second thing came later in the day; I switched to Lifetime and watched Mommy, I Didn't Do It, which was the sequel to The Wrong Woman, which came out in 2013.

'Don't Look Up' and the terrifying reality of corruption
Powerlessness is the overwhelming emotion I feel when I think about climate change. Fighting against a corrupt government, lobbying corporations, and misinformation will always be an uphill battle- as shown by the new film 'Don't Look Up'

Top 10 Lifetime Villainesses of 2021 (Part II: The Top 5)
As I stated while devising the first half of this top 10 list, picking them out from a very impressive crop of Lifetime film villainesses from this year was very difficult. Despite this, however, I had my top 5 cemented quickly. These five female baddies showed out the most in 2021, making it easy for me to feature them in this list. They are as follows:

West Side Story - A Movie Review
Some day, somewhere, we’ll find a way of living. West Side Story is a 2021 adaptation of the musical and 1961 film. The ethnic rivalry between the Jets and the Sharks has gone too far. Ignoring their differences, Tony and Maria fall in love. Their romance causes more disorder than happiness.

Top 10 Lifetime Villainesses of 2021 (Part I: #10 - #6)
I've been a fan and viewer of Lifetime movies for two decades, and I can honestly say that 2021 gave us the best batch of films in a while. It definitely gave us the best collection of villainesses that I have ever seen; very amazing and deliciously evil ones who were played by some immensely talented actresses. I have the unenviable task of picking out the 10 best ones from this year, and it is definitely not easy, but I've managed to do it. This story features the first half of the top 10, and they are as follows:

Cruella
Maybe you haven’t come towards a very significant villain from Disney rather than Maleficent from Princess Aurora’s story, ‘The Sleeping Beauty’. However, Disney too has it’s “Villain corner” other than its princess. And I must emphasize the fact that Villains too are very delightful and cool to watch. Although they are known as Villains they never were forced into being “Bad’, the external forces and pressure created them to be so.

10 Biggest Movies of 2021 and How Much They Made.
2021 started with us still being very much deep in the middle of a global pandemic and just beginning to slowly seep back into the light. That meant of course that movie goers were trepidatious about going back into the cinema. The fear from the public, lockdowns, and restrictions made creating and promoting movies in 2021 quite the arduous task but now, with the year coming to an end, we're happy to return that the movies still did quite well this year and it is in fact NOT the end of cinema as we know it.
