Art does not imitate life on B&B and Y&R This past week many fans of the CBS soaps The Bold and the Beautiful and The Young and the Restless were discussing in a Facebook group how there are no couples on either daytime drama who have stood the test of time and had a long marriage. Soap fans understand the need for drama but the consensus was that a couple can have conflict without divorcing and marrying someone else or remarrying each other multiple times.
