Michael and Willow could fall in love on ‘General Hospital’

A number of General Hospital viewers have been trying to put Michael and Willow together for close to two years. Now it looks like they may get their chance to see this become a reality. Earlier this week, Diane advised Michael that his best chance of getting sole custody of Wiley is if he is married. The attorney pointed out, however, that Sasha’s past would be a big problem. Ms. Gilmore having pretended to be Nina’s daughter would prove her to be an unfit mother figure for the little boy. For this reason Diane suggested the two of them should not get hitched. Diane explained that Michael needs a woman who is a combination of Snow White and Mary Poppins. After Diane was gone, Sasha immediately suggested Willow as the perfect bride.

When Chase came over and was filled in on the plan he was outraged by the idea, but the former school teacher seemed on board with the plan. Michael and Ms. Tate have had a connection ever since they first met, when they were in the same grief support group. Several times over the past few years many General Hospital viewers have thought the former school teacher and Carly’s son would get together, but they did not. There always seemed to be an obstacle in their way and eventually Chase and Willow began dating and Michael pulled back. He still continued to show up as a night in shining armor when Ms. Tate needed him and st times it was as if he and Detective Chade were in a competition.

Once Diane was gone, Sasha pointed out to Michael that Willow loves Wiley like a mother. She even said that Ms. Tate has been the only mother the little boy has ever known. Chase and his sweetie were called to come to the Quartermaine mansion where the idea was presented to them. The detective said it’s a bad idea and they all agreed that Nelle would never believe the marriage is legit. Sasha enthusiastically pushed her proposed solution and said she would move out of the Quartermaine mansion so Willow could move in. Sasha emphasized that Wiley already loves Ms. Tate, who reminded the group they all had agreed to do everything to protect Wiley from Janelle.

General Hosputal fans are torn on this issue because many have come to enjoy Willow with Chase and Michael with Sasha. If the marriage does happen it could cause problems for the detective and Nina’s faux daughter. Some fans believe there may be a total switch and that Chase and Sasha might fall for each other. Even if that happens Nelle will consider all of it a scheme to keep her away from her son. She will go out of her way to prove the marriage is a sham. The custody battle is going to be nasty because Ms. Benson will bring up the danger inside the Corinthos home and Sonny’s mob connections. She will also point out that Michael went to prison for murder. Willow is squeaky clean and had already formed a bond with both Michael and his son.

Nelle is a virtual stranger to the little boy but seems stay two steps ahead of her enemies. She will go all out to try and prove Michael and Willow’s union is not real and will not care who gets hurt if they get in her way. It will take everyone bring on board to pull this off but it just might work. There were moments, prior to Willow and Chase getting together, when Michael and the school teacher deked on the verge of kissing. Even after “Chillow” began dating?Michael was always showing up to be Willow’s night in shinning armor.

In recent months each has been supportive of their respective partners but a marriage would shift the entire dynamic. Willow and Chase along with Michael and Sasha trying to date in secret and pretend in public could become prove to be too muvh. The couples might finds it more difficult than they could ever imagine, and Nelle could find them out. The relationship between Michael and Chase might become strained as the detective picks up on the chemistry between Wiley’s “parents” There might also be problems for the two women as the playing house escapafe deepens. There are any number of scenario’s that could play out but the end result will still probably Michael and Willow falling in love.

Spoiler alerts don’t say much about how this will end but many viewers believe Willow will end up with Michael, Wiley, and also find out Nina is her mother. That storyline seems to have been placed on the back burner for now, but current events could lead to all of this coming together and working out. In spite of how devious Ms, Benson is and the fact that she plays dirty, not everyone is in favor of the wedding. A whopping 42 percent of viewers surveyed don’t believe Michael should do anything extra to win custody, according to a poll that was done by Soap Hub.
