Spoilers reveal that there will soon be a new character arriving in Genoa City. Jamison Jones has joined the cast of The Young and the Restless as Jesse Gaines and he will be big trouble for Ashton Locke (Richard Burgi). It is rumored that his new character might be the one to stop Locke from marrying Victoria. This man will not be showing up to toast the bride and groom, He will try to blackmail Victoria Newman's(Amelia Heinle) fiancee for 3 million dollars. Billy Abbott has been looking for ammunition to use to stop the wedding and once Jesse comes to town he may get just what he is looking for.

Ashland has so many secrets that Jesse could know about one or all of them. Locke claims that he has no record of his childhood but perhaps Gaines is a sibling or knew the media mogul when he was a child. Perhaps he knows what really happened to Ashland's parents who could have met with foul play. Maybe it was Ashland himself who caused their deaths. Jesse may even know that Victoria's fiancee is not dying from cancer and wants hush money. One thing that is certain is that Gaines is bad news and has something huge on the Lockenes monster and it is probably related to his past.

Spoiler alerts suggest that Jesse is the one who has been sending the texts to Ashland and that he will show up in Genoa City because he is being ignored. If Locke does not meet his demands Gaines might decide to sell himself to the highest bidder. This would be Billy Abbott who would be willing to pay anything to get Ashland out of Victoria's life. She has asked him to stop digging into her fiancee's past and will be hurt by whatever he uncovers. Billy does not care and believes it will all be worth it in the long run.

On Wednesday Victor and Nikki seemed to accept Ashland saying he had an abusive father because they both had dads that mistreated them. If Jesse gives Billy the goods on Ashland then Victoria's parents will realize they were duped and that "Billy Boy" Abbott has saved the day. Spoilers have already indicated that Vicki will end up all alone and nursing a broken heart. Jesse might be the one to convince her that Ashland is not the man she believes him to be.

Y&R viewers have been trying to figure out for weeks what will happen to Victoria but all of the pieces are not yet in place. Fans know that Kyle and Summer will return to the screen for 2 days in October but are not sure if they are going to be in Genoa City. They most likely will be attending the wedding but if Jesse causes Vicky to break up with Ashland there will be no wedding in Italy. Through some strange twist of fate, Skyle could get married instead and everyone from Genoa City could attend. This is what fans of the couple are hoping for.

Those who watch The Young and the Restless will be watching and waiting to find out what Jesse Gaines has on Ashland and whether or not it will prevent the wedding. On Thursday's episode, Ashland received a text that said it was time to meet and this was probably from Jesse so he will probably be in town soon. Ashland also threatened Billy by saying he did not want him as an enemy. Billy then told Lily he is sure there is something that Locke is hiding.
