Haley Pullos is in serious trouble

General Hospital fans there are some disturbing details that have been revealed that are related to Haley Pullos and it is not coming from tabloids, spoilers, or unfounded rumors. These are facts based on court records and an attorney who specializes in DUI cases. Please click on the following video from Soap Dirt and see the evidence for yourself that indicates things don't look so good for the young lady who has been portraying Molly Lancing Davis.

Pullos has been charged with felony DUI and hit and run because of her actions on April 29 of this year. She hit a parked vehicle and chose to leave the scene which is hit and run. Instead of remaining at the scene, she chose to keep driving in spite of her inebriated condition. It was earlier reported that she crossed the median and hit a vehicle in oncoming traffic but now it has been revealed that she was actually traveling for a period of time on the wrong side of the freeway. Gerald Lagaski swerved out of the way but Courtney Wilder who was driving behind him had no time to react and was hit by the soap actress.

Haley's actions have been called despicable and malicious

After the accident, the jaws of life were used to get Pullos out of her vehicle and she hit a firefighter who was trying to assist her. She cursed as she told him that her shirt was worth $400. She was also aggressive with the police and at the hospital, she was fighting medical staff and to be given a sedative, to calm her down. Her actions have been described as "despicable and malicious" and multiple empty alcohol bottles and edible marijuana wrappers were found in her vehicle which suggests she was drinking and getting high while driving.

The civil suit alleges that she was drinking behind the wheel and should have known she could have had an accident and hurt or kill someone. Soap Dirt says they talked to the top DUI lawyer in LA who said there is no way to litigate the case and it must be mitigated because Pullos has no defense and the charges against her are provable and could get her 3-6 years in prison. Haley's behavior, with the firefighter and hospital personnel along with drinking and getting high, is considered an aggravated offense. Pullos is facing serious charges and jail time.

The aftermath of the crash

General Hospital could fire Haley Pullos

It's possible she could spend up to a year in rehab and when the criminal charge goes to court her lawyer can ask the judge to allow her time in rehab to count as jail time. Pullos is in a luxury Malibu center so it is being suggested that she went to rehab not to recover but to decrease any jail time she gets. Soap Dirt also points out that just because Haley was driving drunk and high does not prove she is dealing with addiction and that the luxury SPA-like rehab center is only to decrease any time she is sentenced to.

Another issue is that Wilder who is filing a civil suit against the actress can only get up to $250,000 for his bodily harm and it's being suggested that he may have some permanent damage. If General Hospital fires Haley Pullos she will not have any income and may not be employable and unable able to pay. Wilder might only get whatever her insurance company is willing to pay. This is a sad situation but many GH fans are not showing any sympathy for the young lady who had been a fan favorite. Be on the lookout for updates as they become available.

I read about this; it's crazy. She's another Amy Locane, only thankfully, no one was killed
