5 Backstory Ideas for Your Paladin in Dungeons and Dragons (D&D)
The Paladin is like a mixture of Cleric and Fighter, they can serve on the frontline, with high Armor Class and Hit Points, or they can serve as an additional healer, using their spells and Lay on Hands abilities to help keep their allies alive. They have to balance this with limited spell slots, and the Paladin does have some utility spells to accent their group. Now it’s time to come up with a few quick backstory ideas to help bring your character to life. Here are five intriguing ideas to use in your game, or to build off of to create a unique character you’ll love to play.

The College
The rune dangled upside down in the vastness of the mind. Suspended somehow. The hunter opened their eyes to the soft blue glow of a lantern. Small guides basked in it’s warmth amidst the coldness of the night. The hunter was unsure of where they were. Memories felt fleeting as they wondered if they were in a dream...or nightmare. Shadows begin to dance in the hunters memory, reminding them of purpose and dreams before. Ah, yes. Yarnham and it’s shadows lay behind them. All vanquished, all freed from the night.

Why Mass Effect: Andromeda is the Best Mass Effect Game
I liked it most. That's it. Seriously though, I don't really understand why Mass Effect is hailed as a paragon of video games. There were times--especially in the first game--that I thought the dialogue was bland, or stale. Liara in particular seemed very flat to me: like someone tried to project their idea of a woman onto a character, rather than basing her on an actual woman. She clearly existed for fanboy appeal, and I love that some people love her--I don't stand for character hate, as a general rule, and even hesitated to call the dialogue bland--but I think her fans are very brave to look past the obsequious pandering and love her anyway.

Just like Clerics, Druids are able to learn healing spells and have access to armor unlike wizards and sorcerers.
