You see, our bodies are like superheroes. They have over 360 joints and 700 muscles that make us ready to run, jump, and play. Our bodies love to move! They're built to stand tall and strong, fighting against the pull of gravity like mighty warriors.

But when we sit for a long, long time, something mysterious happens. Our superhero bodies start to feel unhappy. Imagine your spine, which is like the backbone of your superhero suit, getting sad because it's being squished in a way it doesn't like.
