Butterfly Effect
The butterfly effect is beautiful in appearance; When a butterfly is flapping, this means that it is moving its wings back and forth so quickly, that the word "flap" goes very beautifully with the word "butterfly", butterflies flapping their wings. Other things can also flutter, like sailing on a boat that's flapping in the wind, flutter can also mean moving in an uneven and erratic way which is actually the topic of this article. For example, when two people are in love, you can say that " Their hearts flutter."

It’s often said that the most important relationship we have in life, is the one we have with ourselves. And as Nancy Myers as that all sounds, we have to agree with the sentiment. Unhealthy relationships tend to steer us towards poor self-worth, mental health struggles and unhealthy relationships with other people. Whether consciously or not, we tell ourselves that we don’t deserve better and trivialise our struggles as if they don’t quite matter. Even when things are going good, we can be our own worst critics, self-imposing impossible standards and getting down on ourselves when we fall behind.

We were hiking at Oconeechee Park, Virginia, on New Year's Day, 2022. The weather was mild, a few clouds, but otherwise a perfect day to stroll in the woods. We had a white husky tagging along, little more than a puppy at a year old, and she galloped down the trail or out in the woods at full speed.

Thirteen Still Bothers Me I have always had an ingrained aversion to the number thirteen. There is no logical reason for it but it still affects me, and I am not too sure why.
