The project is still in the planning and development phase, with no completion date announced yet.

However, the development of The Line is expected to create significant job opportunities and drive economic growth in the region.

5 - Atlantis The Royal

Another one of the most luxurious projects nearing completion on the Palm Jumeirah Island, this amazing hotel has over 800 luxurious guest rooms and suites.

A state-of-the-art fitness center and wellness facilities, including a spa, hammam, and salon are included in the development, while a private beach and infinity pool with cabanas and loungers are provided for relaxation.

A variety of activities and entertainment options, including a theater, a water park, and a marine and water sports center are on site, while World-class shopping at The Royal Galleries, with high-end luxury brands and boutiques is a must.

4 - Trojena

Located high in the mountains of NEOM, this luxury resort, currently under construction will be an iconic, world-class destination, blending natural and developed landscapes.

Trojena will house six distinctive development districts centered around tailored experiences that blend real with virtual architectural and engineering innovations.

Four different seasons including wellness, winter, adventure and lake, will allow for a series of activities to be held at the resort.

These include a discovery week, winter fashion week, mountain biking, paragliding, climbing, food festival, art fair, light show and yoga retreat.

The venue will also feature a precision-engineered mountain top lake with stunning water-edge spaces, water-sports access and entertainment activities.

The location will feature its own observatory that gives mesmerizing views of the surrounding area and the vault futuristic village will have its own microclimate and bespoke experiences.

3 - Ain Dubai

Also known as the Dubai Eye, this mega-project has extended its closure period until the first quarter of 2023 while enhancement works are carried out.

The latest landmark to join a number of attractions in 2023, this giant observation wheel is currently the highest of any of its kind in the world.

Ain Dubai is 75 metres taller than the London Eye, can carry up to 1,750 passengers in 48 cabins and provides views of Dubai Marina and landmarks such as Burj Al Arab, Palm Jumeirah, and Burj Khalifa.

The reflections on the curved glass walls during the night slot can be a photographer's nightmare on the Ain Dubai and therefore its recommended that photographers ride the attraction during the day.

2 - Burj Binghatti

Property developer Binghatti and luxury jewellery company Jacob & Co have teamed up to bring together one of the worlds biggest mega-projects and the world’s tallest residential tower, the Burj Binghatti.

Set to take its place over Dubai’s 393-metre Princess Tower as the worlds tallest building, the final height for the Business Bay skyscraper has not been revealed yet.

Featuring two and three bedroom residences, reportedly priced at AED8 million and AED10 million, respectively, it will also include exclusive penthouses, private member’s club, an infinity pool.

The tower's unique design is inspired by the Mashrabiya, an architectural element commonly used in Arabic homes to provide shade and privacy.

Strategically located near various business and commercial centers, the tower offers easy access to the rest of Dubai via Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road.
