The Task Force- A task force created by the president of the US in response to the threat of covid-19. Originally this was just a panel of scientists and professors to help create additional policies dealing with Covid 19. After the population was hit, the president gave unilateral control of domestic affairs to the Covid 19 task force. This control would circumvent all checks and balances that are normal with government organizations. With this major satellite corporations such as Hughes net, Dish, At&t and Elon musk’s StarLink. In addition to major satellites companies running drones such as amazon delivery network would be taken control over by the task force. This network of satellites ,drones, NSA and FBI created the ultimate control mechanism for the remaining US citizens. This all powerful control was to a greater extent than George Orwells ever imagined in his book 1984.

Start of Transcript: Introduction: Hello and welcome once again to the 1950s science fiction podcast, hosted by me, Edward Geman. I have been a longtime sci-fi fan of the 50s b-movies, like the one I discussed in my last podcast. However, in this episode of the show, I will turn my attention to sci-fi TV. But first, I want to thank everyone who has taken the time to listen to my show and, I hope that you have enjoyed the program so far. I now have over 300 plays since I first started in late August of this year. And it has been quite a year not only for me and the rest of the world as well. It is nearing the end of the year, and we are still in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. The crisis, expected to continue in the following year, has in itself been like something out of sci-fi but not as intense. I hope that it will be over soon and we can get back to a normal state of affairs.

Rosie and Friends: The Closet – Part 2: “Can I tell you something rather strange?” He said looking at Rosie and me and changing the subject to something that felt more serious already. I for one wanted to know everything about this man. He was too good to be true.
EMERGENCE
Aaron sinks into the couch as Elizabeth closes her book to look at him. “How’s Dominic?” Aaron asks. “He’s asleep now. He wanted you to read him a bedtime story” Elizabeth replies. “Honey, is there something going on?”

It wasn’t long into the evening when I heard it. The ear-splitting sound of a shot, being fired. A mix of adrenaline, anxiety and fear coursed through my blood as I realised the troopers had finally come. A million thoughts rushed through my head, questions making a whirlpool in my mind asking me how I would react, what I should do and what would go down. Taking a few deep breaths to calm myself, I went over our situation for the millionth time since we had been hiding out in the Wombat Ranges. We were low on ammo, guns and essential supplies, that the troopers would have… it looked like we were going to have to take a few of the trooper’s supplies, I just hope they don’t take the news too bad.
Rosie and Friends: The Closet Pt 1
Rosie and Friends: The Closet – Part 1. After dancing and having a few drinks each, we snuck away from the dance floor and bar area seemingly unnoticed to a long hallway with a T at the end. Huge elegant bathrooms being to the left and the kitchen, more offices and stairs to the right. There were 3 doors on the right side of the hallway, two containing offices, and two on the left – though unlabeled and not containing windows I assume they also contained offices. We went into the second door on the right. It was labeled “Closet.”

It was dark when Jack called Reeya. The Waynon was at work with Belkazar, but the shop was closed and the beefy grey alien had long since gone home. Reeya had stayed behind to total up the profits of the day, and then Jack had called her.

The next day, Jeremiah was in his office in the back of the Jasmine house, his bordello and bar. Grey was looking over some manuals for the security systems. It had been a boring day and both of them were looking forward to a good workout in the dojo. Every evening, they would spend a couple of hours honing their skills together. Jeremiah was just about to suggest and an early start to their workout when the red light over the office door began to flash.
Ralph QuisenberryPublished 3 years ago in FuturismTime Travel to Space
What if you could travel and observe the future or the past, but not as yourself? What if you could ride behind the eyes and mind of someone that was there? You'd have no control, but you'd see what they saw, know what they were thinking, and feel what they felt. Would you do it? I would, and that’s why I spent years working on this machine. Too much risk to go as myself or risk being in control, one change could destroy the very fabric of time itself.
