The Real Reason Mark Hamill Didn't Play Luke In The 'LEGO Star Wars Holiday Special'
Mark Hamill is known throughout the galaxy for his performance of Luke Skywalker from the Star Wars films. He played the hero that many people grew up with, and he even came back for each installment of the sequel trilogy. He is also famed for his excellent voice-acting as the Joker in the Batman animated universe, and more recently, for Chucky in the Child's Play reboot. You would expect an opportunity like The LEGO Star Wars Holiday Special would be perfect for his talent, yet Hamill was not cast in the special.
Culture SlatePublished 3 years ago in FuturismDisney+ Has Literally Everything Now and Announcing it All At Once was Exhausting
At first, I was as eager as anyone: it was refreshing to see a presentation with so much content and so little filler talk (well, at least after they were done talking about Hotstar). But after a while, I started to savor the countdown clocks between announcements. Watching the clock meant I could stretch and make coffee. There is so much content coming to Disney+ that I feel burnt out just watching the announcements of it all. To be clear: I'm not complaining, I just didn't see that much coming at me all at once and I'm real tired and need a nap soon.

Charles jumped in the air and his leg turned into a long sword, he flew towards me and I rolled out of the way. Grabbing Veronica I turn to run around the tube, putting it in between us and him.

Jeremiah was just about to suggest and an early start to their workout when the red light over the office door began to flash.
Ralph QuisenberryPublished 3 years ago in FuturismWhat of Time?
Does time literally exist, or is it perhaps simply a human construct? Does time exist only within the lit consciousness of the human mind and then simply dwindle, melt away, gradually disappearing into the darkness of sleep and unconsciousness?

Jessica GomezPublished 3 years ago in FuturismTime Travel to Space
What if you could travel and observe the future or the past, but not as yourself? What if you could ride behind the eyes and mind of someone that was there? You'd have no control, but you'd see what they saw, know what they were thinking, and feel what they felt. Would you do it? I would, and that’s why I spent years working on this machine. Too much risk to go as myself or risk being in control, one change could destroy the very fabric of time itself.
Chris AllenPublished 3 years ago in FuturismFlower Garden
Once upon a time in a flower garden far far away there was a town full of people who were very friendly and helpful and had the same experiences. One thing that amazed the town people the most was the flower garden that was very astonishing to see. And there lived three little flower people named Cara, Collie, and Carrot who all lived in peace. Every morning they would do their assigned job to help grow their beautiful garden. They only grew one type of flower that everyone would love and that was a rose. Cara was in charge of planting the seeds for the garden. Collie was in charge of watering the plants every week making sure they had enough water and sunshine and love. Carrot was in charge of delicately picking the flower and putting them in a beautiful vase when they bloomed. The water had always been fresh and Collie watered the garden once a week which happened every week each month. On sunday the flower garden people always went to the community market place where anyone and everyone shopped for all of the groceries they needed. They sold all the flowers every sunday at the community market which they had grown to pay for the house and other amenities they owned.

Anwar stood at the mouth of a cavern just inside the shadow line. His gaze was directed to the East. The giant sun was just beginning to rise above the horizon, and Anwar stood, mesmerized by the intensity of colour it revealed on the landscape. It slowly revealed the purple-red mountain ranges and the giant forest trees' intense green at their base. The sky began to light up with brilliant hues of yellow and orange, and he could just see the deep aqua colour of the small body of water in the distance.
