Questions interest me more than answers. One learns so much more from questions. Answers leave you with a limit of where to go from there. Questions can expand forever and bring joyous exploration that leads to new ideas and concepts.

13. Tightening Up Management Director Ngoyen looked down on the aborted luncheon with a gleam in his eye. His body had transformed in the most pleasant ways. The stiffness in his knee had almost gone totally by the time he woke up. With newly keen ears, he heard his general manager organize the management team. He would be useful in whipping this sad crew of wastes of flesh into a truly fantastic team! Looking down at the thickening flesh of his hands, he thought to himself , I will make these lazy Americans into warriors! Our division will be special! This change is my path to the CEO's office! Thinking these fantasies, he drew down his favorite office decoration. It was a perfect reproduction of an ancient sword from feudal Japan. It was so light in his hands now! Right then and there, he began belting the scabbard in place at his waist. He would take care of the terminations himself!

The next day, Jeremiah was in his office in the back of the Jasmine house, his bordello and bar. Grey was looking over some manuals for the security systems. It had been a boring day and both of them were looking forward to a good workout in the dojo. Every evening, they would spend a couple of hours honing their skills together. Jeremiah was just about to suggest and an early start to their workout when the red light over the office door began to flash.

Grey lead them all up to the door. Pressing on a portion of the wall beside the door, he revealed a panel that contained a number pad and a lens. Grey entered a twenty-five digit number on the pad and leaned forward to place his left eye close to the lens. The grinding sound of multiple heavy bolts sliding came from the other side of the door, only to cease right before the door swung inward. Grey motioned for the other two to enter as he stepped to the side. “Please enter the garden. We will rest a while by the tea house to contemplate before we wash up and enter.”

5. An Unexpected Recruit In a hidden room deep in the office building, an argument was going on. "What do you mean we have an applicant? We aren't even listed anywhere as a business!!! Explain to me how a person comes in 'off the street' to a business that isn't listed and is in a dead office park in the middle of nowhere?"

Infinity's Assassin
Several nights later, in another part of town, a shadow hung over an alley. A black ceramic blade caressed a pale, slender throat at the dead end of the alley. Just as the flowered fabric was torn from silky flesh, the shadow leaped over the place the man stood. The ceramic knife fell to the ground, shattering, closely followed by the man’s head.
