Some of them point out that common Internet use may lead to social isolation while several researches have found that normal use of internet especially the use of social network can overcome social isolation and loneliness.

This research was done before the pandemic (Covid 19). However after the outbreak of the pandemic (Covid 19) Situation has been changed as social distancing measures were taken, which proved no link between internet use and loneliness. According to various survey the 3 most common use of internet were sending emails , searching information and shopping. People prefer to use smartphone more than laptop. To conclude there is still a debate whether the use of internet cause more isolation or the non usage

Researches for inclusion: While several researches tells that with introduction of internet especially (social network), connecting with other people is easy hence social inclusion is increasing among people. The speedy changes in technology are uninterruptedly shaping our lives and society. For young people in particular, the lines between online and offline life are quite unclear, as digitalization is their living reality. All aspects of one’s life take place in the digital empire – learning, education, socializing , civic activism, health support, tracking one’s nutrition and sports activities. 95% of young people in Europe use the internet daily, mostly through their mobile phones. But the potential of digitalization is not linked with the numbers of those who have access, but rather with the extent and purpose for which the technology is used. Most young people use digital tools for communication and entertainment activities, including social networks. Overall the use of internet among teenagers does increase social inclusion because of the massive use of internet by them. As mentioned before internet is like their empire, school, home , friend, family but some people disagree that without the use of internet there will be more social inclusion among the teenagers.
