We all know how the female body works from biology class, but few of us know about how the female orgasm works. I still feel like there is not much importance in what makes women have an orgasm(s). Firstly, a woman should learn about her body, how she can give her pleasure. Exploring your body is important for women because it teaches us what we want and what we don’t want.

You can start by touching and caressing your body and touch yourself until you feel pleasure. When you have mastered that, you purchase yourself a nice and pleasuring toy. There is a lot of variety of toys you can pick from, but I suggest something basic and simple and that gets the job done. You can be as creative as you want, you can watch an adult video or close your eyes and imagine a fantasy that you would love to live.

Lastly, masturbating can prevent you from getting cardiovascular disease or a heart attack.

Overall, masturbating should not have a bad rep woman has the right to pleasure themselves without being judged. For women it is important for them to learn about your body and what they want. Masturbation can spice things up in a relationship, try new things with your partner can be exciting, and adding role play can pleasure women a lot. Women’s orgasm can have many health benefits such as lower your stress, making your sex life better, helping you sleep, and prevent you from getting acne.
