Scandinavia, 1560
Who was this unique mysterious man that Judith saw on the ship? Judith stared in awe at the man on the ship, who seemed to notice her as well, standing on the captains deck staring down at her. He had a cocky expression on his face that made her blood run hot. She was overwhelmed with passion. Consumed with lust. She was warned about the dangers of pirates but couldn't help but look at this one. She was definiately consummed with passion and had fallen in love. Or maybe it was just lust. She didn't know.
She edged a little closer. He looked down at her again and smiled. "You must be Judith?" He asked. She looked at him in shock. "How did you know my name?" Judith asked. "I've known your name for a long time. " He said. Was that his explaination. Was he following her. Stalking her. She looked at him puzzled. " He smirked. She thought he was so charming.
"What is your name?" she asked him. "Jackson." he replied. "Jackson Miller". She shuttered. She had never seen him before but had heard of him. He was one of the most dangerous pirates in Scandinavia. Even his crew, although loyal to him, were afriad of him. Jackson Miller was very charming and handsome. He had many women in his life, as did many pirates. But seeing him for the first time made Judith so badly want him.
Jackson looked at her and smiled. "I can see you are attracted to me." he said. Judith blushed. "I'm not easy." she replied. He laughed. "We will see about that. Every person in love has a flaw." he said. He motioned for her to come onto the ship. This will be fun. she thought. She ran onto the ship. She scrambled onto the captains deck. She sat onto the deck across from him. Jackson reached forward and touched her ankle. She shook her foot away. He touched her lips and smirked. He bent forward to kiss her and she turned her head away to where his lips touched her cheek. "I see how you play." He said. He touched her knee and let his hand trace up her thigh. She crossed her legs. Jackson laughed.
"You are hard to get, aint ya." he joked. "Yes I am." she replied. "I guess I'll have to chase you then. he said matter of factly. Judith smiled. "I guess so." she replied. He smirked again. "Are you married?" he asked. "No." she replied. "Are you being truthful with me, darling?" he asked. "Yes I am." she said. "Good." Jackson said. "I'll see you later."
Judith went to bed that night, astounded. She had spent the rest of the day recalling the fact that she had fallen in love with a pirate. She hadn't told her mother or father. Even her sister didn't know and she told her everything. There was a knock at her bedroom door. "Come in." she said. Her sister opened the door. "So, what happened today?" Carrie asked. "What do you mean?" Judith wondered. "Well, you came in today all dreamy-like. I was wondering what happened." Judith wondered if she should tell her sister all about it. She decided to keep quiet about it. "I met someone, that's all." Judith said. "Oh. Who?" asked Carrie. Judith stiffened, agitated. Her sister was always nosey. Always wondering what she was doing, getting into her business. "No one I may ever see again." Judith insisted. "Oh. Ok." Carrie said. "If you don't want to talk about it, that's fine." Judith turned to her sister. " I need to get some sleep." she said. "Oh. ok. Good night." Carrie left the room and shut the door. Judith turned out the light and lay in bed, thinking about Jackson. She couldn't wait to see him again.
