Shanghai, is a city with the atmosphere of Jiangnan. Yuyuan Garden is a quiet and elegant garden in the south of the Yangtze River among the high-rise buildings. I was fortunate enough to visit Shanghai on this winter day and walk into a picturesque Jiangnan garden.

I got up early and arrived at Yuyuan Garden at six o'clock. At this time of the year, few people visit the Yu Garden, so I had the illusion that I was the only one to enjoy the large garden.

Once in the garden, the kind of Jiangnan architecture of the calm and remote gas came to the surface, accustomed to seeing the northern solemn red walls and gray tiles to view the green brick and white walls, bringing a different sense of simplicity and freshness, really let people immersed in it, forget the hustle and bustle of the city, a long line of thought.

I moved forward, a small building exquisite but not at all rich and noble, and the northern architecture of the grand and spectacular with the Changping gas to form a sharp contrast. I looked at these buildings and pavilions as if I saw a subtle and gentle Jiangnan woman making this garden full of poetry and painting. In front of the hall and on the pillars, a couplet was hung without fail, which inadvertently added some literary and bookish atmosphere to the garden.

Looking forward, a small stone bridge over a pool of water, the pond is not frozen, in which the various colors of carp are still mingling, can not help but think of the phrase "the fish in the pool can be a hundred heads, all if empty swimming without support." The day reflected in the pool, I leaned on the bridge pier to look into the pool, should be the line "streamside shine shadow line, the sky in the bottom of the clear stream. There are clouds in the sky, people are walking in the clouds."

Yu Garden's rockery is also a major spectacle. Yuyuan produces strange rocks and stones, exquisite and colorful, upright in the court, can be viewed from afar can also be near to appreciate. These strange stones and pools of water, more with the taste of the water town of Jiangnan.

A small pool of strange stones around the growth of lush bamboo, walk a few steps up, side face bent over quietly listening, I think I heard the sound of a distant flute coming, the firm green bamboo, all over the breeze, it is this momentum, so that he is not shorter than any plant half a point. It is these sights that make up a small, free, light, and elegant poetic garden.

If the Summer Palace in winter in the north is magnificent, pointing out the emperor, then this winter Yu Garden is elegant and indifferent to the fame and fortune of the noble son. Throughout the garden, the pavilions and pavilions are arranged relatively randomly but not without rules and regulations, concentrating on the elegance and refinement of Jiangnan architecture and the quiet freshness of Jiangnan scenery.

Every scene is arranged just right, every scene makes people feel bright, no visual tedium at all. On the contrary, it gives me a sense of freshness and spontaneity.

This time I traveled through this quiet and elegant fresh Yu Garden. Su Shi late at night to visit the Chengtian Temple, feel the temple of the bright quiet as in the stagnant water, is exactly what I feel today to visit the Yu Garden. Yuyuan Garden is the essence of natural beauty and architectural beauty condensed from all the characteristics of the gardens in Jiangnan.

Yu Garden, strolling in this quiet world, only to feel that people garden as one, is the same as in the taste of the flow of music, listening to the silent song.
