Once upon a time, there was a person who looked in the mirror and saw themselves as beautiful. They felt confident and proud of who they were and how they looked. However, when they looked at pictures of themselves, they saw something completely different. They saw an ugly image that didn't match what they saw in the mirror. This made them feel self-conscious and insecure, and they started to question their own perception of themselves.

The person decided to explore this further and learn why they were seeing such a stark contrast between their mirror image and their photos. They realized that the lighting and angles in photos can greatly affect how they appear. Shadows and harsh lighting can make their features look distorted and unflattering. Additionally, they noticed that they often tensed up and held their breath when taking photos, which made their face look unnatural and rigid.

The person took the time to understand the science behind light and how it can impact their appearance. They learned that different lighting conditions, such as natural light and artificial light, can affect how their skin appears in photos. They also discovered that the way they stand and hold their body can impact their appearance, as well as the camera angle they use.

With this new knowledge, the person decided to experiment with different lighting and angles in their photos. They tried taking photos with soft, natural light and standing in relaxed and confident poses. They were amazed at the results! Their skin looked smooth and radiant, and their features appeared symmetrical and well-defined. The person was thrilled to see that their self-perception was much closer to the reality of their appearance in photos.

The person also took the time to appreciate their own unique qualities and features. They stopped comparing themselves to others and instead focused on the things they loved about themselves. They felt grateful for their good health, their intelligence, and their kind heart. They started to see that their beauty was much more than just their physical appearance.

From then on, the person looked in the mirror and saw their beauty with a renewed sense of confidence. They no longer felt self-conscious or insecure about their appearance in photos. Instead, they felt proud and empowered. They realized that the way they saw themselves was much more important than what others thought or saw.

The phenomenon of perceiving oneself as unattractive in photographs despite feeling confident in one's appearance is a common experience. Imagine you put on your favorite outfit, feel confident, and ready to take on the day. But, when you look at the photos from the day, you are surprised to see that you don't look as good as you felt. This is because photographs capture our physical appearance objectively, while our self-perception is influenced by many subjective factors, such as our mood, self-esteem, and personal biases. In other words, the mirror reflects back a distorted reality, while the camera captures a more accurate representation.

In conclusion, our perception of ourselves can greatly affect our confidence and self-esteem. It's important to understand that lighting, angles, and other external factors can impact our appearance in photos. However, it's also crucial to remember that our true beauty is much more than just our physical appearance. We should focus on our unique qualities and appreciate our own worth, instead of comparing ourselves to others. When we see ourselves as beautiful, we emit an inner radiance that shines bright and attracts others to our light.

That I enjoyed a heart unforgettable.

Thank you very much.
