Washed ashore after a storm, a crone found me and pulled the algae from my skin. She tossed them into the sand, despite their mournful cries, and brought me to live with her in the forest for many years.
On her deathbed, she confided there was treasure hidden deep within the woods. After searching, I found a giant oyster in a cave, containing a shimmering ball gown. I slipped into the dress and was pulled outside, flying forward until I came to an azure horizon.
I waved, and the seaweed reached for my hand to lead me home.

This was beautifully simple and endlessly symbolic, like a Grimm's fairy tale with a Neil Gaiman-like wistfulness! No wonder J enshrined you in the comments of my CREATION MYTH! https://vocal.media/poets/creation-myth-m8dm0x8d
Epic, yet succinct. Like you wove a tapestry from spider's silk.
