Who placed the Georgia Guidestones?

What is written on the Georgia Guidestones?

What do the 10 messages of Georgia's guide stones mean?

In the U.S. state of Georgia, there is a mysterious monument around which several conspiracy theories intertwine.

Obscure inscriptions engraved on so-called guide stones are supposed to be the Ten Commandments for the new world order.

About 180 miles from the city of Atlanta lies a mysterious four-stone monument on a hill in Elbert County, Georgia, that has been a mystery since it went up in 1980.

The monument was formed by four large granite slabs of 1.98 meters wide, 5.87 meters high, 48 centimeters thick, and weighing just over 19 tons each—all of them formed across and aligned 45º with the cardinal points.

In the center of the cross formed by the slabs is a granite column also 48 centimeters thick, one meter wide, and also 5.87 meters high, with a slit in the center of it from which you can see the sun's path throughout the year and a hole that crosses it from side to side, through which you can see the pole star.

Finally, a sixth upper slab supported the other five, 2.95 meters wide, 1.98 meters deep, 48 cm high, and weighed over 11 tons.

This last slab also has a hole through which the sunlight passes and indicates noon.

Although the size of the monument of the Georgia guide stones is impressive, it just said that it is the text engraved on it that has caused the most astonishment and even social unrest.

It consists of themes that have related to the New World Order, among which I can cite: a global government, the incorporation of a spiritual proposal that is in balance with Nature, the massive depopulation, and other unusual ideas that have shaken all those who have seriously read its "10 commandments" out of their relative tranquility.

What do the ten messages on the Georgia Guidestones mean?

The monument's most curious and possibly controversial aspect is its shape or astronomical properties.

Still, its contents, since both the side slabs and the upper slab contain a series of inscriptions in various languages, both modern and ancient, with messages that may leave one's imagination running wild.

On the side slabs, the exact text got repeated on both sides, like a rosetta stone with ten commandments in eight languages, English, Spanish, Swahili, Hindi, Hebrew, Arabic, ancient Chinese, and Russian.

The original text in English is as follows:

  1. "Keep humanity below 500,000,000 in constant balance with nature."
  2. "Unite humanity with a new language."
  3. "Control reproduction wisely to improve fitness and diversity."
  4. "Govern passion, belief, tradition, and all things with moderate reason."
  5. "Protect people and nations through just laws and just courts."
  6. "Let all nations settle their affairs internally and resolve global litigations before a world tribunal."
  7. "Avoid mean legislations and inefficient civil servants."
  8. "Create a proper between personal duties and societal responsibilities."
  9. "Worthy true — beauty — love — in the pursuit of harmony with the infinite."
  10. "Don't be cancer on this earth; leave room for nature, leave room for nature."

On the sides of the upper slab is the message LET THESE BE THE GUIDE STONES FOR THE AGE OF REASON in four languages or alphabets already extinct, such as Egyptian hieroglyphics, Babylonian cuneiform, classical Greek, and Sanskrit.

The translations, it must be said, were not given by Mr. Christian, but were translated into various languages.

According to information in a 1980 explanatory booklet, "naturalized townspeople, high school, and university language experts, by an Anglican pastor and individuals from the United Nations in New York."

The engraving of the stones in the different languages was not free of oddities either, and Charly Davis, one of the engravers of such curious messages, claimed to have heard strange music and unconnected voices while engraving the statements of "the age of reason."

Finally, to finalize the description of the monument, a few meters from the monument, a large slab took place on the ground with the monument specifications, some astronomical data, a vague description of the promoters, and a cryptic and possibly unfinished message.

At the head of the slab appears the following statement in English:

The Georgia Guidestones

Center cluster erected March 22, 1980

(The Georgia Guidestones Center cluster pitched March 22, 1980.)

Just below and inside a square is a text:

Let them be Guidestones to an age of reason

(let these be Guidestones to an Age of Reason)

And it was surrounding the four languages in which this exact text got found on the stone that acts capital monument.

Guide Stones of Georgia, Astronomical Data

Astronomical data, author,

sponsors and the message

of the time capsule

Below, right, are each granite block's size and weight data, while on the left are various "interesting" data about the document.

First of all, the astronomical data already mentioned the sun's position, the polar star.

Then, the author's name, R.C.Christian, indicates a pseudonym further down.

Below this, the sponsors mentioned; a small group of Americans pursuing the Age of Reason.

And finally, the most mysterious of the messages, maybe because it is unfinished, perhaps to add more controversy to the matter.

And the statement in question speaks of a time capsule buried over there.

Specifically, it says this:

Placed six feet below this spot

On

To Be Opened on

(Placed two meters below this location on to be inaugurated in)

When reading the message, the question is, why is it unfinished?

The message indicates that a time capsule was buried six feet below that point (1.82m), but the "On" should correspond to its burial date and did not specify the opening date.

Regarding the land ownership records, the stones belong to the county with no other reference to any person or organization since purchased in 1979.

Another of the mysteries related to the rocks would be the issue of the languages. Why those eight and not others.

If we take the languages as those most spoken in the world, we find two, Hebrew and Swahili, that would not fit since they are not the most vocal.

They could have used Portuguese, Bengali, Japanese or German, which got more widely used than the two mentioned.

Some have wanted to see the use of Hebrew as a Zionist conspiracy, but this is perhaps a stretch.

The mere fact that these rules or commandments got engraved in a single language would have been the subject of great controversy, but the reckless purpose of this monument is indisputably global in scope.

And, speaking of languages, if we add to these eight languages four ancient languages already in disuse for another message on the stones, I think the astonishment is greater.

A short message is written on the top of the structure using four ancient languages: Babylonian, Classical Greek, Sanskrit, and Egyptian Hieroglyphics.

It is important to note that these fourth old tongues are significant in the lessons of the schools of occult mysteries, such as the Masons and the Rosicrucians.

To which group of people are the ten commandments of the Georgia Guidestones directed?

Everything indicates that the messages written as ten commandments on the Georgia Guidestones addressed the survivors of disastrous cataclysms or catastrophic global events that would greatly diminish the number of people on Earth.

Let's consider the research done on the displacement of the Earth's magnetic poles.

It assumed that choosing the location in the mountains near Atlanta will remain above sea level and be part of the new Earth's equator after the pole shift reorganizes the planet's structure.

A significant word to consider to answer the question in the title of this post is in the first commandments written stones.

The phrase I am referring to is: "maintain."

The "commandment" itself says: Keep humanity below 500,000,000 in perpetual equilibrium with Nature.

It believed, then, that these instructions are directed to the survivors after some nefarious event or events killed out the vast majority of present-day humanity,

Such as a Third World War, pandemics, the movement of the magnetic poles, etc., to keep the number of people "in check."

It is essential to mention that if Charles Hapgood's pole movement theories are correct, the North Pole will be very close to Lake Baikal, in Siberia, Russia;

And the new equator will cross the town of Elberton, in Elbert County, where the monument and its ten commandments got located.

So who is behind the pseudonym RC Christian?

This individual, who called himself Robert C. Christian, although he stated that this was a pseudonym and preferred to keep his real name anonymous, asked to speak with the company director, Mr. Joe H. Fendley.

Mr. Christian had a curious business proposition to discuss with Mr. Fendley.

From a folder, he took the plans of what was to be a granite monument and very detailed specifications and proposed to Mr. Fenley the construction of the memorial.

Mr. Christian stated that money would not be a problem as he represented a group of "loyal Americans who believe in God" with more than enough funds who "wished to leave a message for future generations."

Fenley did a few calculations and conversions since the measurements delivered by the mysterious client were in the international metric system, something not very common.

In the United States, the imperial system got usually used with feet and inches.

Finally, he gave him a six-figure estimate.

After this small meeting, Mr. Christian went to talk to the local bank manager, Mr. Martin, and everything settled.

It agreed that the granite company would receive funds from various accounts around the country, more than enough to cover all the project expenses.

Mr. Martin, as a director of the bank, asked the mysterious Mr. Christian for a legal ID to investigate his financial data, to which he showed it to him on the condition that he would keep his true identity secret for life.

And that got known that Martin has been, and still is, the only person, outside the group of investors, who knew Mr. Christian's true identity.

That, to this day, it is still a secret.

Finally, after agreeing on some of the details, Christian said goodbye, indicating that he would be back with more information on the project in a few days.

A few days passed, and both Fendley and Martin commented on the meeting with Mr. Christian and, after several days without news of the mysterious individual, came to think that it was just a joke, but it was not so.

After a few days, the mysterious Mr. Christian appeared again in Elberton, and this time he appeared with a wooden model of what would be the finished monument.

Within days of Mr. Christian's second visit, Mr. Martin purchased a small parcel of land of about five acres (approximately 20,000 m2) located at the highest point in the region on behalf of the project sponsors. Specifically on the property of farmer Wayne Mullenix, who took the not inconsiderable amount of $5,000 for the operation.

Finally, on March 22, 1980, the monument was inaugurated before the attentive gaze of some 400 people.

Why is the monument so disturbing?

An inscription on the monument mentions "A little group of Americans seeking the Age of Reason" as the sponsor of the Guidestones.

However, some believe it could only be the Illuminati, as this and many other websites are firmly convinced.

Of course, there is also speculation about interpreting the mysterious inscriptions on the stones.

The first two messages, in particular, caused many to question the benevolent goals of the secret team.

After all, humankind, which has already grown to billions, should be limited to 500,000,000.

Does this mean it should wipe much of society out to make way for a new elite that can control everything from reproduction to law and language?

One quickly sees an analogy with the Nazis, so the guide stones are rightly unsuitable as a classical attraction.

And then this requires that the memorial, according to RC Christian: must be strong enough to survive a catastrophe.

But who could be responsible for this — is the "small group of Americans seeking the Age of Reason" planning this catastrophe themselves?

Or do you assume one thing?

One thing is sure: the guidance stones imply that there will be some Apocalypse without specifying a specific point in time.

And speaking of the date: Interestingly, two dates are missing.

The space on the stones to indicate the date of placement of the time capsule was left empty, as was the time should open the tablet.

Yoko Ono composed a song about the Guidestones.

The other "commandments" were also picked apart by conspiracy theorists, including the devil's work ordered by a team of Satanists.

Others see the X, which forms the monument from the air, a landing site for UFOs.

The fact is that the guide stones leave so much room for interpretation that esotericists, self-proclaimed witches, urologists, and other followers of bizarre theories find the perfect projection surface for their sometimes very confusing world visions.

John Lennon's wider, Yoko Ono, also referred to the Guidestones:

In the song "Georgia Stone," she sings the tenth message, "Don't be cancer on this land — leave space for nature — leave room for nature."

Banker Wyatt Martin, who knew RC Christian personally, would not comment on the wild theories.

He only told "Wired" that the man seemed "decent and honest."

Even after the guide stones laid, Martin was still in contact with Christian, most recently at the turn of the millennium.

He believes, as quoted by Wired that the man is dead.

He took his secret to the grave.
