"THE BETRAYAL OF TIME AND SPACE."

"TIME, SPACE, FOUR LOVERS, THE OCEAN"

By Vicki Lawana Trusselli Published 8 months ago 3 min read

She had trusted him with her whole heart, but he betrayed her in the most wretched way possible. He had cheated on her with her best friend and lied to her for months. She had found out the truth when she saw them kissing in the car parked outside her apartment, oblivious to her presence. She felt a surge of anger, pain, and disbelief. How could they do this to her?

She confronted him that night, and he confessed saying he was sorry, but he had fallen in love with her best friend. He said he didn't mean to her, but he couldn't help his passion for her best friend. He said he hoped they could still be friends, but he understood if she hated him.

She had him pack his things that night, forcing him out that very night. This was the rottenest thing he could have ever done to her.

She feriously stared at him as she watched him pack his belongings. She wanted to scream, to cry, to hit him, to beg him to stay, but she stayed silent. She felt like she had nothing left. Her best friend and her boyfriend had stolen her soul and her heart, leaving her numb all over.

She watched him leave at midnight without a word. The tension in the air was so cutting like a sharp knife through a piece of cake that had melted in the sunlight producing squishy sloppy icing flowing over the apartment of intensive storm clouds of death.

She had trusted him and her best friend with her whole heart, but they had betrayed her in the wickedest way possible.

She fell into the dark night of the soul. She cried for hours, praying to the universe to help her survive. She burned her sage, incense, and Guadalupe candle.

Betrayal is a word of betraying of one's trust in a love affair as in the above story. It is also in the betrayal of a friendship. The above short story tells a story of both betrayals; her best friend and her boyfriend betrayed her behind her back for months. That was a horrifying experience of heartbreak.

The reality of human beings falling in and out of love can produce joy and pain.

The two people caught up in a mad passionate love affair were so intense they forgot about whom they were going to hurt with their lies and deceptive love affair. They hurt themselves as well as the person they betrayed.

We as human beings create different scenarios of life rhythms of love and despair.

We also create love, joy, pain, forgiveness.

So many relationships, so many love affairs, so many kisses, so

Where do we go from here and there?

We go to a place of the dark night of the soul,

Remembering as the two people who betrayed their friend breakup too.

They both cry out to the one they betrayed,

"Take me back."

The betrayed one replies, "No way" as she steps out the doorway with her new lover.

As she steps out, she notices two cars parked across the street watching her with her new lover.

The two lovers' step into his red Jeep Wrangler, speeding off into the sunset.

"Karma can be a bitch!"

The ocean waves race towards the shore in a no boundaries way

Of reminding us how fragile we are as humans

On the road of life of freeways and crossroads.

The two lovers look out across the ocean at the horizon.

They stare at the ocean.

The night closes one door to open another

As the two lovers embrace in the morning light.

Away from the night

They love, they make love.

They vow to never betray one another

As they stare out at the ocean and the sunrise in front of their new journey together.

As one unit of twin flames, realizing this was their plan laid out by the mysterious universe of time and space of reality between oceans of love and tears.

Learning that the two who betrayed her were now in her past.

She felt no anger at the two exes that betrayed her but is thankful for the dark night of the soul.

Created by them for her that helped her, lifted her spirit up to find a lover of twin souls.

To stay, never betray.

"THE OCEAN OF LIFE"

The ocean depth of breath, flowing waters of time and space,

Swimming with dolphins, or

Swimming with sharks?

Breath in, breathe out, inhale, exhale.

The ocean is a mystery,

A place of wonder and beauty.

It holds so many secrets,

And stories untold.

THIS IS A FICTION STORY DERIVED FROM THE DEPTHS OF THE AUTHOR'S SUBCONCIOUS MIND.

Really enjoyed to read it a very painful experience that so many of us can relate and such a great ending and going out from the darkness into the real love lightness beautiful ☺️💓

Very effective story. I felt everything your heroine was feeling.

  • Cheating is one thing that I will never tolerate. He could have told her the truth, broke up with her and then gotten into a relationship with her best friend. Both the boyfriend and best friend are so vile!
