I am going to start off with my top 4 favorite tv shows today!

1) Stranger Things

If you haven’t watched Stranger Things, and you’re into science fiction, horror, and drama; then this is the show for you! I know many of you have probably seen it but for those of you who haven't PLEASE watch this.

It takes place in the 80's in a small town called Hawkins. A group of friends who play D&D together (Dungeons and Dragons, for those of you who are unfamiliar) find a girl in the woods, and take her home hiding her from Will's mother, and "the bad men" she vaguely describes to them.Plot twist! She ends up having really cool superpowers! Eleven was raised in a lab and uses her powers to finally escape who she call "the bad men" and "Papa". Ripped open through the "scientific" torture endured by Eleven in the lab, there is a "gate" leading between our world and a different dimension. It's allowing twisted creatures through, and these creatures are not friendly! This group of friends continue to try and save the world repeatedly in the small town of Hawkins.

Stranger Things became one of my favorites when it came out in 2016. With every season, it continued to grow on me, I loved the drama, monsters and gore in the show. I can not wait for season 4, part one will be out 05/27/2022.

2) Good Girls

Good girls is a drama that came out in 2018 about a group of moms that have been friends since they were kids. They are broke and need money fast! So... they rob a store. These tough women end up getting more than they bargained for when they end up making a crime boss mad, and now they owe him a lot of money. They jump through a lot of hoops trying to keep Rio the "crime boss" happy while continuing to dig themselves into a deeper hole. Beth ends up enjoying the life of being a criminal, and continues to accept tasks from Rio even when it's not necessary. In this series there is kidnaping, counterfeiting, money laundering and much more. The final seaason of Good Girls was released on March 7th of 2022, and is definitely worth the watch.

3) Dead To Me

Dead To Me was released in 2019. It's a comedy about a woman who lost her husband. While he was walking on the side of the road he gets hit by a car and they flee the scene. She get depressed and angry and decides to go to a support group where she met a woman named Judy who quickly becomes her friend. Jen continues to search for her husbands hit and run killer. Judy's friendship makes things a bit more bearable for Jen but one of her two kids is not so sure how he feels about her. While Jen is looking for her husbands killer, she and Judy try to find out her husbands secrets. Was he cheating on her, and who could this woman be?

There is so much to this series and I absolutly loved it! There is a lot of twist to this series and I can't wait for season 3 which comes out fall of 2022.

4) Hannibal

Hannibal is an amazing drama/thriller about a man who is a serial killer/cannibal. A man named Will Gram hunts down serial killers, and is a criminal profiler who works with the FBI to solve gruesome murders. He uses his abilities to figure out how the serial killer kills their victims by seeing himself as the killer, and plays out how it happened in his head. Will starts to lose himself while trying to solve these cases that FBI special agent, and head of Behavioral Science Jack Crawford pushes him to solve. His phyciatrist Hannibal takes advantage of the fact that Will is losing it, and attempts to frame him for his murders. There are currently 4 seasons of Hannibal and they might be coming out with a fourth? If you love dark gory shows this might be the one for you.
