A gentleman is walking down the street to a local bus stop and sees a cute brunette sitting and waiting for the bus. As he is also waiting, he grabs an open seat next to her. “ I wonder who she is”, he thinks to himself. Then a resounding voice comes from the back of his mind, “ Don’t think about it you probably can’t handle her”. Being the curious man that he was went up and introduced himself and started polite conversation. I’m Kris he says, and she says, “Hello, I’m Lydia”. Like any normal meeting they start talking about the weather and life goals and share funny stories. She likes him but is too distracted by life to want a relationship. Kris was the tall dark and handsome kind of guy. The type that Lydia thought was just her type. You know the type. The guy that always takes care of his girl, the ones that walk on the sidewalk next to traffic so if someone were to jump a curve, he could save her first. The one to always pull the chair out when she sits down and stand when she enters a room. Not many men are like this anymore, so this had her attention. She knew why she was there, and it wasn’t for romance or connection of any kind. The bus pulls up and he gestures that she can go first and then follows making sure that she is safely seated before the bus starts again. He asks to have a seat next to her and smiles and nods, agrees. “It’s only a short ride to my apartment complex,” Lydia says as they bus takes off. Kris smiles and says, “I'll take every moment I can get”. The bus stops and Lydia grabs her things and starts heading off to her apartment. Kris stays on the bus as his destination is farther than this. Lydia looks at Kris and says, “it was a pleasure to meet you”. He responds, “The pleasure was all mine”. They share smiles and Lydia starts to head to her apartment. What she didn’t account for was the intelligence and dedication of this man when he was properly motivated. They go their separate ways, and she knows that they will meet again as it is her job to motivate people. Three days later she goes to get on the bus to go to work and Kris is standing by a 67’ Mustang with flowers in hand offering her a ride to work and a proper proposal of seeing her again. She is floored because how did he know when she was going to be going to work or that she really hated the bus. She accepts and lets the gentleman give her a ride to work. She was curious as to how much he knew so she never told him where she worked or what she did. Without being told, he took her to the place that she worked and dropped her off proper, even walked her to the door. She stepped inside agreeing to see him again and then starting her day. He dropped her off at the local library as it was where she worked, on paper. Lydia went to the front desk and told the receptionist a strange phrase. Lydia said, “Agent B, requesting to speak with his majesty”. The reception starts smiled and said, “you're on time for a change, I see your new assignment is going well”. “SSSHHHH”, Lydia says as she is handed a book by the receptionist and starts to head toward the back of the library. She gets to the back of the library where there is a wall and nothing else. She opens the book and says, “Peacocks, umbrellas, and duct tape”. Suddenly there is moving on the other side of the wall and a door appears where the wall was. She enters and gets to work. At this time, she has agreed to dinner with Kris and will be cleaned up and ready for it by the end of her shift. Kris meets her outside the library at eight and takes her to a lovely dinner for two at a very high-end restaurant. Being that she is liking how this is turning out, she agrees to another date and a relationship form that will greatly affect her job and herself. “You weren’t supposed to have actual feelings for this man!”. Feeling happy and connecting with someone is not what she was trained for. “We know the punishment for taking too long on an assignment”, she reminds herself. “You are an AOC”, she reminds herself as she starts to have thoughts of Kris and how nice and funny, he was. The next day at work was worse than before. The Management of the AOC network personally called her into his office to discuss his concerns with Lydia and her ability to focus, “you are one of my best,” he says, “but don’t get distracted.” “You know the punishment for connecting too much with targets and wasting time”. She agrees whole heartedly and tells the boss that she will finish her assignment and move on. He comments,” you have already taken three times a long on this assignment then the others, wrap it up agent. “Yes Sir”, she says as she leaves his office. “It is time to finish this because there are so many others that need motivated and I’m wasting time”, she thinks to herself as she gets back to work. As Kris is trying to figure Lydia out, he keeps running into issues. How can someone that is employed at a library live in an apartment worth 1k a month? Stocking books is not to going to give you that kind of payout”, Kris says to himself, “ I'll look deeper into her history and see just what she is doing to make so much money and why she is still riding the bus to work’. Investigations into her are turning up no such luck on who or what she is or actually does for a living, and he is starting to get suspicious as to what she is really up to. He called a friend at the company that owns the library and they have had no one on the payroll with that name. Talks with the associates in the library show no such knowledge of her save the receptionist who is always there day or night. The next day he sneaks into the library and waits for her to come in and speak to the receptionist as to see if there is anything weird going on. As he hides behind a row of books Lydia walks in and goes up to the desk as usual and and says, “Agent B clocking in”. The receptionist hands her another book and she proceeds to to go to the back of the library not knowing that Kris is watching her this whole time. She stands facing a wall and says, “Oranges, Perplexities, and Scotch”. The door appears and she walks through. Kris is at a loss to know how to handle this as he is thinking that she just stocked shelves for a living and not living a double life as a spy. Kris the impulsive type that cannot wait and needs to see what is going on in that room. Lydia has walked in and you notice the door only stays open for a few seconds after someone passes through. “Passing through walls”? “I must have lost my mind”. Kris says as he gets his timing in to jump in as the next person is ready to enter the Agency. He is only aware that a few people have entered this place and wonders why its hidden. Another agent comes in as he hears, “Agent 16 ready for clock in” at the front desk. He tries and hides himself between a few shelves of books as not to be seen. Kris times it just right and manages to slip in behind Agent 16 and takes one step over the threshold and sees many people, going about their workday. Names of clients on the board in back and suddenly his stomach felt like it got hit by a brick and he feels queasy. Collapsing to the floor someone says, “Lydia, I think he’s yours”!

Kris completely blacks out and wakes up several hours later in his apartment on the couch with Lydia sitting in the reclining chair right next to him. “Uuuugggg”, he moans, “what happened?” Hoping he doesn’t remember anything she told him that they were supposed to meet, and he just never woke up, so she stayed at his place till he woke up to make sure he was okay. “You basically stood me up, so I came over here to make sure you were still alive”, Lydia explains as she solidifies her cover and makes sure that he does not remember anything for it is forbidden for any non-agent to enter the agency as there are contingency plans to make sure that does not happen. Lydia told him that while he was sleeping that he mentioned having an upset stomach.

The agency is well protected from non-agents. What Kris discovered was the failsafe in case anyone non employed were to enter the front doors. Anyone not coded as an agent with tracker, upon entering will be immediately tagged and sent a shot of KX6. The agents love to call that the nap time specialist. It renders a full-size human being unconscious within 10 seconds of being dosed. Easy administering as a little breath is taken that is always there. The agents are given medications to be immune to such tricks. Kris sits up and says, “I stood you up? I’m so sorry”. “It’s okay”, she responds, “It was adorable to watch you sleep”. “I do have to get going now though”. She grabs her coat and mentions that she has to get to work. Kris says, “raincheck?”. Lydia nods yes and walks out the door. Their date night rolls around again and Kris picks Lydia up at her apartment this time. Well at the staircase as she is not going to let him know where she lives yet. All these questions about who she is and where she came from is boggling his mind. Before they even get to the restaurant, he starts slamming her with questions about the apartment the library and what she does. She starts asking questions back as to if he is stalking her and if this is a date and not the inquisition. She gets loud and yells,

“Enough”, If you want to know what I do then let me explain and shut up after each question so I can explain. One question at a time sir. And I will preface this by telling you that I am not to be speaking of any of this and telling you could certainly end my job and life career. I am not supposed to be doing this, but I like you too much to hold anything back because I want to be with you”. Kris’s mouth drops and says, “Okay, do you really work for the library”?

Lydia responds, “No I am just based out of the building behind and beneath the library for cover. I work for a company that doesn’t exist to this world and especially to our own government. I was recruited as a child to do what the world needed done as far as positions and people. I was trained in combat, intelligence, deception, and manipulation. My job, that would cut out my tongue for telling you this, is a deep cover motivation-initiated society that that has been around for centuries and has led to the developments and global changes that this world needed.”

Kris stands there for a second not speaking and then says, “What”? I was thinking day librarian and night shift worker somewhere that is more hush hush”.

Lydia shoots back with a “Yes I’m an undercover stripper by night”. Kris says, “I knew it! You were way too hot to be in just the library and doing something else! I like the twist on being a spy that was fun to listen to, but you are way. Too young to be trained in such things. Now that we got that cleared up, dinner on the yacht or seaside bay marina restaurant that has the best seafood on the coast?

Lydia thinks to herself, "The man literally thinks I’m a nighttime stripper and daytime librarian, wow, well if he thinks that then my cover is still intact, and the plan will continue as scheduled”. The truth is that she works for a company call the AOC or the Agents of Change. People were chosen in all age ranges and classes to be brought together and taught the Master tactics of mind manipulation and persuasiveness. Children raised by the company are masters and Lydia is one such individual.
