This is such an exciting day! Luanne had been waiting for her one true love, just as all young people do, for as long as she could remember. She knew there was no such thing as a perfect wedding but she and her sisters had done the best they could.

A beautiful white trellis was set up in the large backyard of her parents house. It was covered in red, pink and yellow roses with pretty gold accents on the top and a purple rose cluster placed right in the middle of the of the arch. It stood up straight and gallant waiting for Prince Charming and his Princess

There were rows and rows of chairs set up on the green lawn that had been mowed and raked and weed wacked within an inch of it's life. These chairs would soon be filled with family and friends to witness a grand wedding.

Nick, her Fiance' would be wearing a black tuxedo with a purple satin sash. He had his best buddies, Wayne, Emilio, and Deshawn ready to escort female guests to their seats. She had no worries about Nick getting drunk. He rarely drank anyway but certainly he wasn't going to over indulge today. They had both done the best they could to make this a beautiful day.

THEY HAD NO IDEA WHAT WAS ABOUT TO GO DOWN!

Luanne Middleton was the youngest of three girls born to Lawrence and Bethany Middleton. Luanne at the age of 22 was also that last of the three girls to get married. Luanne's oldest sister, Tabitha was 28 and Ariana the middle sister was 25. They were typical sisters. They fought over stupid things and they made up. They fought again the next day over another stupid thing and made up. They also loved each other dearly and as much as they fought each other they would fight anyone else twice as hard for each other.

Tabitha was always the prankster. She particularly liked to torture Luanne. She was an easy target because she was the youngest, the most trusting. The pranks were always meant to be silly or funny but Luanne always felt a measure of hurt, and a " why me?" feeling. Bethany would scold Tabitha admonishing her to leave her baby sister alone but Tabitha didn't listen accept for the one prank that caused her a very sobering spanking from Dad. It had involved a glass of ice tea and feces from the cat box. She left Luanne alone for a couple of months after that. She never meant to hurt her sister but that prank just went over the top. Luanne had to endure several shots and an overnight stay in the hospital. That was all in the past. They were children then. The pranks continued until Tabitha got married and moved out of the house but today was just to good to pass up. Tabitha had a special surprise for her little sister today.

SHE HAD NO IDEA THAT THE JOKE WOULD LITERALLY BE ON HER.

Ariana had always been the helicopter sister. She hovered over her siblings trying to keep feelings from being hurt or trying to stop stupid pranks in there tracks but Tabitha was relentless. She had also been on the other end of Tab's " silly little pranks" and she didn't find them at all funny either. Ariana imagined that when they were old married ladies they would look back and laugh at these things.

IT WOULD TAKE MANY, MANY YEARS BEFORE THIS DAY WAS FUNNY.

Ariana was already dressed in her Princess pink dress with the purple sash around her enormous pregnant belly. It was her task to keep Luanne happy, keep Mom calm, and keep Dad from " celebrating" too much before he walked his baby down the aisle. She was also on the look out in case Tab decided this would be a great time for another " silly prank."

WHERE HAD TABITHA GONE ANYWAY?

Ariana's seven month fetus was relentlessly kicking her. It was almost as if the baby was warning her of impending doom. " No, baby. not today. everyone is going to behave." It seemed as if they were.

NOT LIKELY!

The Middleton girls were all pretty. They had brunette hair with red highlights. They were all slender, usually, and had pleasant personalities. The brown eyes were different hues but all quite lovely. They had their Mom's delicate ears, Dad's full smile and Grandma's smooth skin. ( Mom's mom.. Dad's Mom was, well, unfortunate.)

Luanne was having her hair and make up done. The beautiful white wedding dress that they had shopped endlessly to find, was hanging up in the dressing room waiting for the Princess to have it draped over her.

Luanne had always wanted to have her own Royal wedding. She wanted all the Royal colors Purple, Red and White. Purple was for the Queen, but Luanne decided that she didn't want to go quite the far so everyone wore purple. Red, of course is for romance and White stands for the future and the times to come.

Luanne had been depriving herself of all her favorite high calorie foods. She wanted her size 10 frame to fit perfectly into her size 7 gown She had given up ice cream, pasta, pizza and even her most favorite " Death by Chocolate" cake. She knew it was totally worth it. She was so excited that she was the Princess getting ready to marry Prince Charming!

DEATH BY CHOCOLATE??? TABITHA!!!

Ariana and Tabitha were her Matrons of Honor. They were wearing a delicate pale pink dresses with purple lace along the hems and deep purple sashes around their waists. Purple has classically been the color of royalty and today she wanted her sisters to share in her fantasy wedding and feel like Royal Princesses.

Tabitha surely did. Tab's hair looked beautiful. It had been tortured into a complicated up do with cubic zirconia lace weaved in and around. The sparkle was lovely. She also had a tiara pinned to her hair with pearl hair pins. The amount of hairspray used on all three girls probably was against some law regarding aerosol emissions but nobody cared. That hair wasn't going to moved in a tornado. Ariana's hair was done the same and hers would be as well. She would be wearing a Gold crown with lace flowing down her six foot train.

Ariana looked just as lovely even with the extra wide sash. The baby was a surprise guest but baby didn't ruin how beautiful Mom looked.

Ariana smiled at her little sister proudly. " Luanne you look so beautiful. There has never been a more stunning bride not even those two gals over in England could hold a handle to you!"

Luanne beamed at Ariana as they shared an air kiss. They didn't want to smear their makeup this close to the finishing line.

THE " MAKE UP" WAS GOING TO TAKE A DRASTIC CHANGE

Ariana left a smiling, humming Luanne and went to check out the rest of the preparations. Mom had her Xanax. She was clearly having a good time. She was helping Tabitha's husband, Mark, keep his two little ones amused and out of trouble before the wedding started. Mark looked like he also needed a Xanax

WHAT ARIANA COULDN'T KNOW WAS THAT EVERYONE WAS GOING TO WANT A XANAX OR AT LEAST BE GRATEFUL FOR THE OPEN BAR!

Tabitha had been missing for a while. The sisters thought she was tending to her kids and giving Mark some encouragement but Mom was doing that. Ariana was hoping that Tab wasn't up to some mischief but she'd have to wait to find out. She really had to pee. The curse of the pregnant lady. She popped her head into the room to look at Luanne. She was just having her hair finished. Tabitha was no where to be found.

Tabitha was in the room adjacent to the Bridal room getting ready to pull one last prank on Luanne while she was still a single lady. She hadn't deliberately waited for Ariana to leave Luanne alone, that was just a bonus.

Luanne heard high heels enter the room. " Does my crown look like it's on straight, is it shining?" She thought she was speaking to Ari but no, it was Tab. " Hey, I've been wondering where you were. " Is Mom doing okay? How are Mark and the kids? "

Luanne felt a sudden chill run up her spine. She had goosebumps and also felt slightly nauseated. She starting looking around for Ariana. It took a long time for a pregnant woman to pee in a small bathroom in a full length gown.

LUANNE'S BRAIN WAS SCREAMING, " OH GOD NO!"

Tabitha had that face.. The " prank face" on. " They're fine. I just wanted us to enjoy a sweet treat before you walk down the aisle." Tabitha turned Luanne's attention towards a covered cake tower. She deliberately, and obnoxiously pulled the dome off very slow. A chocolate cake adorned with silver and gold decorations with a tiny gold tiara on top appeared.

Luanne's eyes started to puddle up with tears. She couldn't believe what she was seeing. This wasn't just any old chocolate cake. This was her favorite chocolate cake!! This was the cake that caused Lu to be a size 12. This is the exact cake she had deprived herself of in order to fit into her beautiful size 7 gown. TRIPLE DEATH BY CHOCOLATE!!!! The second love of Luanne's life.

Luanne started to scream at her sister. " You Bitch! How could you be so insensitive? You know how much I love this cake. You know I've been resisting it for months!" She was very hurt and angry over this betrayal.

Tabitha merely shrugged, " having a small piece right now isn't going to keep you from fitting into your wedding dress. Don't be so dramatic."

Ariana had managed to do what she needed to do just in time to hear the distress in Luanne's voice. She got to her as quickly as she could with her swollen feet that were smooshed into her purple high heels and clutching her baby bump. " What in the hell is going on here?' cried Ariana

It's no big deal. I just brought us some sugar to keep our energy up during the ceremony. You look like you could use some. Ariana was just noticing the layer cake in the room. " Tabitha! What are you doing? This is no time for one of your stupid pranks. " What are you trying to do, get payback for all the punishments because of what you've done to us our whole lives. You have always been a bully. These weren't just " stupid pranks" you were a complete jerk then and you are still are. Why do you think Lu and I are so much closer to each other than we are to you? I've heard you whine about this to Mom. You were hurt because we excluded you from everything we did. This is why. This is Luanne's day and you choose to be a bully again by flaunting this cake in her face."

TABITHA SHRUGGED. SHE HAD NO IDEA WHAT A MESS THIS WAS GOING TO BE.

" Don't cry Lu! Don't!!" It's time for your wedding. No piece of cake can ruin this day. Prince Charming is waiting for you."

Ariana had settled Luanne down as only she could. She let Ari drape the dress carefully over her head. It fell down like a satin waterfall. It showed off the tiny curves that Lu had worked for with a generous yet tasteful show of breast.

Luanne shot Tabitha a defiant look. Ariana made sure that Luanne's crown was was placed perfectly. The Pearl hairpins were just the final perfect touch.

" I can't wait to see Nick's face when he sees you."

Tabitha was continuing to be an jerk with the cake. She put it right up to the faces of her younger sisters so they would inhale the delicacy that waited for them just a few steps away.

Tabitha had gone to far. She had finally made her sister snap! She had jumped squarely on Ariana's last nerve. Ari took the plate that was closest to her face. " Thanks Tab. this does look delicious."

Tabitha had brought a small bag with her that had the paper plates, a cake knife and plastic forks. She turned now to get a fork for Ari. What happened next will go down in history as " The tragic chocolate cake incident." " I won't need that thanks. I think since you are so obsessed with this cake you should have it all." Ari was swift as a cat, took that cake and smashed it on Tabitha's face! Luanne was laughing and did the same with the piece she had been offered. She mashed that cake onto the skin open at the back of her dress. Tabitha was a mess of cake. It was in her hair, all over her face, down her dress.

TAB WASN'T GOING TO LET THIS GO. THIS WAS WAR!

Dad walked in the door to witness a food fight going on. There was cake flying everywhere. Tabitha had taken a handful and thrown it into Luanne's face. Ariana retaliated for Lu and another handful was flung at Tab. Tab smeared icing all down the front of Ari's dress. The baby was having it's very first piece of cake.

Ariana who was dripping and smeared with cake finally saw Dad. " This is enough!" It was time for Lu to get married!!! They all were a mess. How could they possibly go out there looking like this?!

Dad very simply said. " Let's go girls. It's time for Luanne to get married."

Tabitha started to protest. Dad held up his hand. " I don't want to hear it. You did this to yourselves. I paid a fortune for this wedding and it will go on cake and all."

The girls hesitated still. Dad was pissed! " I said , Go!" He carefully pushed Ariana out of the room. He then said to Tabitha. " I know this is all your fault. If I could spank you for this, you wouldn't sit down for the rest of your life. This was a terrible thing for you to do. I'm ashamed of you." He pushed her out of the room.

Ariana and Tabitha accepted their bouquets from a startled Groomsman Tabitha went first, Ariana was next. The noise from the crowd was all about shock. They couldn't believe what they were seeing. Chocolate cake everywhere? Why?

Dad, look at Luanne who also was a chocolate mess. He cleaned her face as gently as he could. " You have always fought with your sisters. Baby, listen to Daddy. This day is no different. This cake caused a fight but believe me when I say this will be all right. There's no type of cake in the world that could ever separate you. You'll still be sisters at the end of this day.

" Now, let's go show Prince Charming what The Princess of Death by Chocolate Cake looks like. I'll bet he will have nothing but smiles for his lady. You are actually a very lucky girl, You are going to marry your soulmate today and live happily ever after while at the same time another thing that you love will go down the aisle with you. Let's take you and all your decorations of Gold, Pearl and cake that's no longer white. Let's put a smile on your face and make you a wife."

Luanne smiled a chocolate smile at Dad, accepted his arm an walked like the Royal Princess she was today toward her Prince Charming who was laughing at his Queen. He couldn't wait to be able to kiss that chocolate mouth, not just today but everyday for the rest of his life.
