Veganism 101: The Holy Grail of Veganism

Why should anyone or everyone go Vegan? Why should we protect animals from slaughter or exploitation? Is Veganism healthy? What about working out? Does one need to worry about Health if working out happens enough? The ethical/moral dilemmas I have presented before this will show statements that dissect Veganism's reasoning. The plan is to demonstrate examples and thoroughly explain the relevance of the models throughout this article. By the way, if this article makes anyone want to go Vegan and does, or if there are Vegans out there reading this, Vitamin B12 is not found in plants; therefore, we all need to make sure to take Vitamin B12 according to the Forks Over Knives team of Plant-Based Doctors.

For example, here is a documentary called The Game Changers, where a UFC Fighter goes on a journey to find the best way to optimize his recovery, health, and fitness. The result is the fighter realizes that Plant-Based Diet regiments are optimal for performance and health in every measure:

Another example is the documentary called Forks Over Knives, which elaborates on many of the health benefits derived from switching to and consistently consuming a Whole Food Plant-Based Diet. The results stagger in this film because many people could stop using the doctors' prescribed medications (Medical Professionals should always determine these decisions before discontinuing any medication regimen) after switching to a Whole Food Plant-Based Diet. The film also goes more in-depth about how the body interacts with Dairy and Meat products, and the results devastating:

Another couple of examples of two other great documentaries are Cowspiracy and What the Health, which the filmmakers coined to be Forks Over Knives, and Cowspiracy on Steroids. These documentaries go into several factors, from environmental factors to health factors, and more. What The Health has a catchy phrase as a title referencing What the Health is going here in the Meat and Dairy industry. The filmmakers make sure to show how this misconception about Meat and Dairy apparent when pointed in the right direction:

Lastly, and as a fair warning to viewers, this last example is not for the faint of heart. The documentary Dominion goes into how the Animal Agriculture Industry works. This film is gruesome and to the point about the details of how the slaughter process works along with the mass amounts of Murder, Rape, and Torture that occur daily for most of the animals involved. The film Dominion is a description of Australia's Animal Agriculture Industry; however, many other industries around the world practice similar practices as the film explains (the link below lands on the YouTube page that shows the Dominion documentary. I could not embed the film hear because of the graphic nature of the video.):

The last film explains why we should focus on this issue more than anything other reason. Sure, it is excellent that switching to Whole Food Plant-Based Dieting can and most likely will help with Health and fitness. Sure, being Plant-Based can and probably will make us perform at our best in many ways, as described in the previously mentioned films. However, Dominion points out the worst part of our human nature: some of us have become accustomed to the normalization of tragic atrocities that occur regularly towards sentient beings. Seemingly, sometimes, these atrocities happen without remorse; however, of course, with a few exemplary exceptions that have made the realization of how horrible the acts of violence towards sentient beings other than hominids (humans) are.

There it is, the Holy Grail of Veganism. Moreover, as a guide towards a healthier, fitter, and more ethical lifestyle, let us put ourselves in the place of a sentient being that will eventually get slaughtered. How would someone feel if they were going to be someone else's future sandwich?
