If you are anything like me, an unabashed food lover, it can sometimes be difficult to find something new to watch. From endless Food Network binges to the movie classics of Julie and Julia, there was a large gap for a period of time. But do not fear! For Netflix and other streaming services have been cooking up quite the lineup for foodies in recent years. So grab your gourmet popcorn and get ready for a binge weekend!

1. Burnt
Burnt is the story of a washed up chef, Adam Jones (Bradley Cooper), who cleans himself up to attempt to earn three Michelin stars in his former city of London. Jones must acquire the best talent in order to achieve his third Michelin star, and co-star Sienna Miller plays Helene, a young superstar chef who Jones must win over. Battling his past, Jones finally gets his chance, but will he turn to drugs and alcohol and blow it all again? Or will he triumph and earn his third star? This movie is definitely worth the watch to find out.
2. Chef
Chef is the story of Los Angeles chef, Carl Casper (Jon Favreau), who wages a Twitter war with famed food critic, Ramsey Michel (Oliver Platt). Burned out and tired with cooking the same menu every night, Casper reluctantly returns to his home of Miami, Florida with his ex-wife Inez (Sofia Vergara) and son Percy (Emjay Anthony). While in Miami, Casper gets inspired by the cuisine that made him want to be a chef in the first place and decides to start a food truck where he can cook his food. The story of finding one’s true passion and father-son bonding, Chef is one of the greatest foodie movies of all time.
3. The Hundred Foot Journey
The Hundred Foot Journey may be one of the most inspiring culinary movies out there. The story of the Kadam family leaving India and traveling to France where they decide to open a restaurant 100 feet from Madame Mallory’s (Helen Mirren) Michelin star restaurant. At the time, Indian food was very untraditional in France, and head chef of the Kadam family restaurant, Hassan (Manish Dayal) must battle stigmas and stereotypes to get to the top while also trying to appease his father. This wholesome movie is a must for anyone hoping to start their own restaurant.
4. Salt Fat Acid Heat
Salt Fat Acid Heat is a limited series on Netflix based off of the same titled cookbook by chef Samin Nosrat. In the series, Nosrat explores the cuisines of the world by examining four simple elements of cooking; salt, fat, acid, and heat. From breads and pesto to soy sauce and honey, Nosrat explains in the most simplest terms how to elevate your cooking. For anyone interested in food, cuisines of the world, or trying to elevate their own cooking, these four episodes are packed full of information that is easy to digest and retain.
5. The Chef Show
The Chef Show stars Jon Favreau of the movie Chef, and his culinary trainer for the movie and chef extraordinaire, Roy Choi. They travel the country and cook dishes with many of their friends, some dishes from the movie, and some from restaurants. They share techniques and tricks while cooking drool worthy dishes. Part interview, all food, this show is everything you could want in a bingable food series.
6. The Final Table
The Final Table is a global cooking competition where teams of two compete each week in a “different country.” While they don’t actually travel, three guest judges from that country select a dish for teams of two to cook that is important or significant. Three teams are then selected to compete in the elimination round where they compete to remain in the competition. The finale included everyone to compete on their own for a seat at the Final Table with the culinary legend from each country. This unique culinary competition features the best chefs of the world and is sure to entertain.
