No Time for Anything
Mom was just sitting there staring out over the neighborhood. She was holding her necklace in her hand. Her face glazed over in disbelief. Jr took Julia from my arms. He could see the look on my face was one that showed I didn’t need to be holding her right now. I had no tears, just shock. People were walking by all as if in a daze. Many questions pouring into the minds people trying to figure out the things that just transpired. The only noise heard was that of water spewing up like an old geyser. It sounded like it came from the other side of the street. Did it really happen? What happened? It seems like we were just sitting around the dining room table. I can remember it all so very clearly.

Edwards and His Wife
Jessica and carter think they helped Edward get to where he’s at today but see that’s where they are wrong. You see when Jessica needed the help the most Edward helped her with her bills and her vehicle that broke down constantly. Yes, she gave him a roof over his head but he did most of the helping. He worked two jobs alongside with his wife. Jessica had two children and Edwards had asked his wife to give up two jobs to babysit the children for Jessica so she can work. Once when Carter came back that’s when things changed. Jessica started being distant and not be herself anymore. She even started telling Edward he has to pay the whole water bill and that his wife has to pay the whole light bill. But see Edward and his wife paid most of the rent that month. Jessica cut her hours down to not work so much. While Edward and his wife had to give almost all their checks to Jessica’s bills. Edward's wife had a vehicle she wanted but she had to give it back due to having to help Jessica catch up on her rent. It’s sad what you do for people when it comes to sacrifices to help them.
