I am a stay at home mommy with a busy hubby. My kids are 7, 4 and 2 years olds. Hubby works a full week at the office. Work from home perks are long gone. So I am home with the kids almost all day. It’s not easy, distance learning and then homework, Arabic classes, music class, online programs for school, and then the two toddlers. It’s not easy...yes I repeat it’s tough.

Many of us know all to well what it is like to be bullied at one point or another in our lives. If you have not ever had this experience, take a deep breath and thank your stars. I, like many, have felt the emotional pain that comes with being bullied and as a parent, I believe it what gives me the passion to teach my children exactly why this is and never will be tolerated. Life isn’t easy
Get to know me (Intro) Hi, I go by the name Tay I’m from New Orleans Louisiana. Life hasn’t always been kind to me. From ages 12 to 17 it wasn’t easy. My mom was bipolar my dad was young, and I grew up with 9 siblings (yeah that’s alot). 4 sisters an 4 brothers there’s Taylor the first child, radio the second child ,king the third child ,joy the fourth child, mal the fifth child ,I’m the sixth child Kano the seventh child ,Lou Lou the eight child ,and beauty the ninth child. I also have a sister that was put up for adaption if we counting mar It was 10 of us. Oh my mom she’s Tasha my dad that raised me is buddy. You think you got a story? Well let me tell you mine.

Afraid of the Dark
Katie woke up to find the world had gone dark. The inky blackness hugged the floors, the walls, and smothered the windows. Darkness, like motor oil, filled the room to where Katie huddled at the head of her bed. It was as if all the light had fallen into a hole. Katie didn’t dare move. She was afraid she would fall into that hole too. Little Jimmy Smith had told her all about the hole that sucked in all the light.

Life with less of our tech friends
***Life with less of our tech friends*** Virtual learning blues are everywhere these days....We are all trying our best to really GET it. When the lockdown first started those zoom calls with teachers were always fun.... Kids looked forward to those calls and would get excited to see some familiar and friendly faces. However, now zoom classes are much longer. Kids have to complete their work and show their teacher everything they are learning. More homework and so many ways of participation.

The Best Days of My Life
The best days of my life have been the years when my children were little. Most likely, every mother thinks the same thing. Although each day was long, hard, and tedious, those days were the most fulfilling for me. I smile, even now, just reminiscing. But to be completely honest, I, like most mothers, couldn't "see" the beauty in those moments until they were gone. In fact, I remember telling someone back then that my favorite color was "school bus yellow."

How Personal Safety Device is the Best Option for Child Safety?
Having a personal safety devices can save a child during situations where the parents may not always be present. Children like to play and to explore their world and wonder off in their own thoughts. In that process, accidents could happen and the possible sustain of injuries or worse is ever present. Unfortunately, in some cases those injuries can be fatal with more than two million children under the age of 15 are estimated to experience injuries arising from accidents in and around the home every year. It is also estimated that 62 children under the age of five lose their lives yearly as a result of injuries sustained during accidents.

How We Got Our Toddler to Keep Her Glasses On
Complete and utter denial--that’s what I was in when the pediatrician told me in January 2019 that my then 15-month-old girl twin, Joules, was farsighted in her right eye and needed to be seen by an ophthalmologist. The pediatrician had just done a standardized vision screening (normally performed at that age) that revealed the initial results. I remember telling myself that the doctor’s assessment was probably just off and that the eye doctor would tell us that everything was okay. I mean, Joules had always acted like she could see perfectly. So, there had to be a mistake, right?
