Children: Our most valuable natural resource.
Great guilty mums.
We all have our idea of what self-care means to us, however, once we become a little person’s everything this reality can very quickly and very easily turn into self-neglect. Becoming a parent can challenge us both mentally and physically is not something that we are always quite prepared for.

How to Support Your Children to Achieve Their Desired Career
I have had numerous interactions with teenagers and their parents as an educator with over 34 years of experience in senior school leadership, as well as being a father of two grown sons. In my career in education, I have noticed how parental aspirations can significantly affect young minds, often negatively. Naturally, we parents have a desire for our children to succeed but we must be careful to make a distinction between guidance and imposition. Our role is to guide and not to impose our desires on the children. Like other parents, I, too, had unfulfilled dreams and the craving to realise them through my sons. However, I had to realize as parents to support our children in pursuing their dreams backed by their passion, rather than making them compromise for my dreams.

We all want our kids to be tech-savvy, but with so much exposure come greater risks like cyberbullying, inappropriate content, and even online predators. That brings us to the question on how to do that without turning into a full-time digital warden. Well, parental control apps are the perfect tool if used correctly.

My mother and her two sisters were born as illegitimate children — the scarlet letter that haunted my mom throughout her life. The sisters grew up in a stout Catholic neighborhood. Everyone went to Sunday mass and whispered behind the girls' backs.

The brave one
Once upon a time, in a small village nestled between towering mountains and thick forests, there lived a young girl named Amara. From a young age, Amara had always been known for her courage, though few people could understand it. She wasn’t the biggest or the strongest; in fact, she was quite small compared to others her age. But Amara possessed a heart that was fierce and fearless.
