Swimmers who have lost limbs

A foreign girl told me a story --

The disabled sports meeting was held. When I was signing up, a man who had lost his legs came and said he wanted to take part in the swimming competition. The registrar asked him very carefully how he would swim in the water, and the man who lost his legs said he would swim with his hands.

The lady asked him how he would swim. The man said he would swim with his legs.

When the lady had finished registering them, there came a man who had neither legs nor arms, that is to say, all limbs missing, and who wanted to enter for swimming. Trying to compose herself, the lady asked him in a low voice how he was going to swim. The man smiled and replied, "I'll swim by ear."

His missing body was like a round shuttle. His ears are big and strong, thanks to his long work. Can be very flexible to move forward. In the water test swim, he like a torpedo out of the chamber, faster than ordinary people. Thus, people who know the secret legend, a great world record is about to be born.

On the day of the race, there was a sea of people. When people with missing limbs appeared on the platform, it was like a tsunami. The starting gun went off and the runners blasted into the water. A white arrow pushed forward, spray splashed, it was not clear where the hero. The results are in. The winner is the man who lost his legs. The third runner-up is...

What about heroes? No one saw where the hero was, at least not near the finish line, and could not find the hero's distinctive body position. Really strange, we clearly see the missing limbs of the swimmer, jumped into the water ah!

So more people began to search, and finally touched the hero near the starting point. He sank to the bottom and was drowned. On his head, a bright swimming cap covered his ears. It had been put on him by a beautiful girl before the race, according to the rules of the pool.

I have told this story to others. After listening to the reaction, mixed.

Some say it was a conspiracy. It could be someone trying to win the championship -- killing someone else to save themselves.

Some people say that the person who gave the swimming cap, if not a pretty girl. Swimmers don't fall head over heels. Even if the whole world forgot the function of his ears, he would stay awake and refuse the beautiful killing hat.

Some people say that since they have no hands and feet, they should stay on duty. What kind of swimming? Know that fire and water are merciless. When you put all your eggs in one basket, risk will engulf you at any time.

Some people say, why do we have such stupid rules, what's the use of swimming caps? All walks of life have this kind of dogma rules, I do not know how many talents, when will the end of the bad habits?

I told the girl about it. She said, why is it all negative? This is a joke, although a little deep. It's easier to struggle when we're whole. When we have no hands, we can struggle with our feet. When we have no feet, we can struggle with our hands. When we have no hands or feet, we can struggle with our ears.

But even then, there is still the possibility of failure or even total destruction. Many heroes, after overcoming hardships unimaginable to ordinary people, did not get the final success. The murderer is your own ear -- your proudest skill.
