lets go to bed.

yeah, let's go to bed early today as well so we can be in our imaginary world as soon as possible. the world where i can whatever i want to be but specifically not a person who is depressed, who has a problem or have a worrying future. Where I am not a person who hurt him/herself by imagining those scenarios who have zero percent chances of it happening in the real world. Where I meet a person who has hurt me, bullied me, or harmed me in any form.

in this world i want to be happy. i want to be in a future which is bright, hopeful, alluring, and charismatic.

whenever i want to be in my own world. Firstly, i promised me i would not think about any negative circumstances or any sad thoughts. i would be a happy and energetic person whatever i want to be. A person who wants to be a politician can be.

A person who wants to be a ben ten he would be.

A person who wants to be a teacher, scholars' university topper, handworker, good wife husband or anything.

Negative thoughts really tool troll on the body. It eventually shows an impact on the body.

i did an experiment and put quality thoughts on what negative thinking has side effects on your body. It not only affects you internally, but it took its fair share on your physical appearance.

For instance, it starts with your irregular quietness.

Then it goes ahead with lack of people interaction and believe me it is not good thing especially a person who talkative.

Sooner It is followed by lack of motivation and dejection.

In the Quran it mentioned do not assumed so much and when I first read about it and analyzed it on myself it was miraculous right.

Proceeding it further it becomes a silent disease which is prettily known by universe aka depression.

Your muscles got caught up. It would always be tight and making discomfort in daily mobility. And trust me, no medicine is going to help you in most cases but mess up your sleep and brain more. Speaking about sleep, insomnia is also its major disadvantage.

Therefore, spending your time with yourselves is highly encouraged but it should be more positive and simpler.

In my opinion it is honestly not that easy and I always took and recommend taking small and way baby steps. Because changing of habits takes time and your environment also molds and affects your thoughts.

So, by taking these steps we can start loving ourselves and we can be a source of happiness to others.

One more thing, love your body, be neat, beautiful as you want to be because a beautiful soul and mind makes you shine brighter.

and man i love my glowing skin and hair

you have a power to achieve your dream we just need some guidance and push up. we can our own muse to achieve our goals not dream.

every obstacle every late happening events have thier own reasons. they may seems late but they are on thier times.

and stop blaming yourselves for every event.

we are humans and and human are tend to make mistakes. believe in your own worth and value and never ever allow anyone to disgrace you or disgrace anyone.
