how to maintain weight

A lot of people like me want to lose weight or shed their extra fat. For someone they just want to be fit and others want to get their ideal model body. Everyone does things according to their desire After all it is their body and desire.

And they got the result. It could be through a diet of several types and exercise of different methods. Sooner or later, they got the results.

Not the main question and query arise how to maintain it. What should we do so we will not gain fat and weight quickly?

We could not become our previously undesired selves.

There are some methods which can be followed to maintain our fitness and weight.

Firstly, take baby steps. After losing weight come back to maintaining an intake of your calories little by little.

  • Avoid carbs food
  • Avoid dairy products
  • These meals help you GAIN YOUR WEIGHT again fast, and we do not need it.

Like never

So, try consuming more vegetables, fruits, and food like black and white peas. I know people say eating green food makes you slim but cows are not slim.

LOL

The answer is simple they don’t consume extra food like meats and proteins.

Well.

The next step is to be healthy and fit do your exercise and trust me it helps a lot if you do cheat in your diet plan.

HOW

Sweating and making of atp molecules in your muscle expel energy which causes sweating and helps to reduce weight more efficiently.

The side note even an important note is that. Exercise tones your body beautifully regardless of your body size or shape. It would not make your body lumpy such as love handles and saggy arms etc. So, whenever you wear any dress, it will fit you beautifully. The next thing it would help in is mobility and activeness in your old age. According to some research walking for a minimum of 30 minutes improves your health and makes you feel light, which leads to a happy mood and reduces depression and anxiety.

On proceeding further if you want to take your dairy products start with half a cup of milk and 2-3 tablespoons. Similarly, milk chocolates take a bite of it. Simultaneously day by day start eating extra but never exceed your calories limits

Similarly, start eating carbs. But always take it as their minimum portion because it makes fat more rapidly as compared to any other diet. But if you want to continue consuming it, have its tiny amounts rather than jumping onto big bites.

Now the question arises why we could not take a big amount of food after gaining our goal.

Our body has its knowledge and system. We have trained our body to eat less, and it only consumes the food that is provided to it, and it consumes extra energy from previously stored fats. When we suddenly start eating extra food our body instead of making it useful takes it as fats and stores fat in our body and the result is we gain weight again.

I am going to write many would disagree with me but in my opinion, being lazy and obese is two different things. We cannot exempt ourselves by giving the excuse it is our body etc. Productivity, even a little, is a need of time. The same thing goes for slim and lazy people. We should not give up on ourselves even if we start for a week in the month. I can assure you if you take a step forward you will make your path even if it takes years.
