I am the mama of a little boy, and as great as it is to get to stay at home with my son sometimes people don’t realize what that actually means. I’m not kicking back and just doing whatever it is I want. Some people forget the sacrifices women give up. I AM NOT A NATURAL hugger. It just isn’t in my nature. I respect and adore personal space, and I loathe those awkward moments when I don’t know what is the most socially acceptable course of action. Is now a good time to shake someone’s hand; or is a pat on the shoulder better; or is a hug what is called for? It is actually a standing joke among my closest friends. I remember when, after an extremely long run with our local run-club members, one guy decided to give each and every one of our sweaty crew a hug. Apparently, my expression gave my inner disdain away, and my two friends who witnessed the event couldn’t stop laughing.

Death in dreams is said to be a symbol that something in your life is changing or ending. Or is it? Or is it our subconscious missing our loved ones and we are crying out that we miss them? Symbols in dreams is one of those unexplained mysteries in life that only us our selves can answer. We all go though our personal experiences and dream about family members, friends, places that we used to visit when we are children and unusual bizarre fantasy worlds made up in our heads. The dream world is a fantastic place to be. Facing dead people in our dreams opens up a whole new world and lets us visit our old friends and familes, we know that they are happy and laid to rest.

The Untold Truth.
Homesickness set it. Why did I have to be away from familiarity? From my friends? I was hating every moment of this so-called "adventure," as my dad put it. Being only 10 years old, I never realized until that moment just how much we take advantage of the most simple things in life. Just to have a bowl of cereal, I first needed to mix the powdered milk and bottled water. What a chore! Needless to say, that was the one and only time I had cereal or milk for that matter. It was gross!
