In a small village surrounded by green hills and fertile fields, there lived a man named Ardi. Ardi is a simple and loving man. Every day he works as a farmer, planting rice and vegetables with a sincere heart. However, there was one thing that always made his heart tremble with happiness every time he remembered it – memories of cooking with his mother when he was a child.

Her mother, Mrs. Sari, is an accomplished cook in the village. Every morning, the smell of her mother's cooking wakes the whole house with warmth and comfort. Ardi has always been his little assistant, helping to cut the vegetables, stir the spices, and prepare everything needed.

One day, while walking home from the fields, Ardi felt a deep longing for his mother's cooking. He remembered a recipe that was always his favorite – Special Fried Rice. He decided to stop his steps for a moment, looked at the rice fields that were blown away, and smiled in memory with his mother.

Arriving at home, he decided to cook the Special Fried Rice himself. He wanted to feel the same scent and taste as before. With a full spirit, he began to prepare the necessary ingredients:

**Ingredients:**

- 2 plates of white rice (preferably cold rice)

- 2 eggs

- 100 grams of chicken fillet, cut into small pieces

- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

- 2 cloves of shallots, finely chopped

- 2 red chilies, thinly sliced (to taste)

- 1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce

- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Enough cooking oil

- 1 onion leaf bar, finely sliced

- Tomato slices and cucumber slices for complement

With love and care, Ardi began to follow the steps his mother taught him. It takes a pan and heats cooking oil on medium heat.

**Steps:**

1. **Seasoned Saute:** After the oil is hot enough, it adds garlic and shallots that have been finely chopped. He sauteed until fragrant and golden.

2. **Cook Chicken:** Next, it adds a piece of chicken fillet into the pan. He stirred evenly until the chicken changed color and fully cooked.

3. **Make Egg Pulls:** Ardi moves the chicken to the pan side and adds a little cooking oil in the empty pan. Then he broke both eggs into the pan and made scrambled eggs until cooked.

4. **Mix the Rice:** After the egg is cooked, it mixed the chicken and egg together and added cold white rice. It stirs carefully so that all ingredients are mixed evenly.

5. **Add Seasonings:** Ardi then add sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. He stirred the rice so that the spices were mixed evenly, then he added sliced red chili to give a little spicy taste.

6. **Serve:** As soon as the fried rice seems perfect, it adds sliced scallions and seduces them for a while. Ardi then served the village fried rice on a plate, adding sliced tomatoes and cucumber slices as a complement.

After finishing, Ardi sat at the dining table with a plate of fried rice in front of him. He tasted slowly, letting every bite remind him of the happiness of childhood with his mother. It feels the same, exactly the same as before. Ardi's eyes were teary, but his heart was full of warmth and happiness.

Now, every time Ardi cooks Special Fried Rice, he feels his mother is always beside him, helping and guiding him with love. Makes him believe that beautiful memories will always live in the dishes he makes.

"My message for you is to take care of your mother because you will not know how long you will be together".
