Wrike has been instrumental in addressing several key challenges faced by our creative team, primarily revolving around project organization, collaboration, and task management. One of the most significant problems Wrike has solved is the ability to keep track of our creative team's work in a centralized and organized manner. Previously, we struggled with scattered project details, multiple communication channels, and difficulty in monitoring progress across various tasks. With Wrike, however, we now have a unified platform where all project-related information, tasks, deadlines, and communications are consolidated. This centralized approach has vastly improved our ability to stay organized, ensuring that everyone is on the same page and aware of their responsibilities. Additionally, Wrike's collaborative features, such as real-time updates, @mentions, and file sharing, have facilitated seamless communication within the team, eliminating silos and fostering a more transparent and collaborative work environment. Overall, Wrike's ability to streamline project tracking and enhance team collaboration has significantly benefited our creative team, leading to improved productivity, efficiency, and ultimately, the delivery of high-quality creative work.
As the Creative Director at M Agency, we have seen a significant decrease in length of project timelines as our project manager has more options to help our team stay on track through Wrike. We use it daily for all of our projects and our team is easily able to understand the day to day tasks they are assigned along with how much time is available to them and they can communicate to eachother right inside the task. The biggest game changer for our agency has been the approvals process in Wrike, allowing us to integrate with Adobe and Slack and easily leave notes and changes that can also be referred back to quickly. We have reached out to customer support many times as we are always looking for ways to uplevel our Wrike experience and get the most out of the program that we can. Our rep has always been quick to help and able to help us continue to easily implement new systems in Wrike to continually get the most out of our experience with the program.

Wrike can be overwhelming at first. The app is so vast that we had to go into it with a phased implementation and there have been times where we have had to rethink the way we use it and backtrack, but with an open mind, we have ben able to navigate these challenges.

Finland, then a Grand Duchy of the Russian Empire, was grappling with rapid industrialization and widening economic disparities. In the midst of these changes, a group of visionary individuals saw an opportunity to empower workers and communities through cooperation.One such visionary was Martti Takala, a passionate advocate for social reform and workers' rights. Inspired by the cooperative movements in other parts of Europe, Takala believed that cooperative enterprises could offer a viable alternative to traditional capitalist structures. In 1899, he founded the Finnish Cooperative Union (FCU), laying the foundation for a cooperative revolution in Finland.Takala and his allies embarked on a mission to spread the principles of cooperation across the country. They organized meetings, published pamphlets, and established cooperative societies in towns and villages throughout Finland. Their message resonated with many Finns, especially those who felt marginalized by the rapid industrialization and urbanization of the time.One of the earliest and most successful cooperative ventures was the SOK Corporation, founded in 1904 as a cooperative wholesaler for consumer goods. SOK, short for Suomen Osuuskauppojen Keskuskunta, soon grew to become one of the largest retail chains in Finland, with thousands of member-owned cooperative stores across the country. Through SOK and other cooperative enterprises, Finns gained access to affordable goods and services while retaining ownership and control over their economic destinies.But the cooperative movement in Finland was not limited to retail. It spread to other sectors of the economy, including agriculture, finance, housing, and healthcare. Farmers formed agricultural cooperatives to collectively market their products and purchase supplies at lower costs. Housing cooperatives emerged to provide affordable and sustainable housing for working-class families.
