What are goals??? This is a phrase that evokes various feelings in everyone of us. Having a desire to pursue is wonderful, but without the proper game plan, we risk never achieving it. So appreciate the significance of tiny steps that lead to huge improvements. I'm thrilled to have you here, and I hope this post is useful to you.

So, without further ado, let us get started.

I am a Physics student and now where I am is merely because I never end up!!.Actually, I used to believe that I was studying Physics and that the only thing I could do with my degree was teach. Teaching is not a terrible thing, but it is the most sacred profession in the world. But I'm not interested in becoming a teacher. I am a physicist who wants to learn more about the science underlying nature.

I always explore interent with the hope to find some good place to explore more things but I always stuck in between . But I never lose hope . Day by day, I get better .One day , I was scrolling youtube about Physics scope in the world, and I notice a video in which a person was telling the audience how to serve a nation as a Physicist. That was my first step towards my dream.

I am not reached yet at my destination, but i am slowly going. I am taking small steps to reach my goal. I will defiantly achieve it!!!. My point was , how important small steps are.

Let's look at how to apply a step-by-step method.

These are the tools I rely on to keep on track and push the envelope a bit further each day.

1. Be productive

I gave up on chasing the macro. Now I break things down from a macro goal to its micro components, and then to nano jobs. I concentrate on the nano — the day-to-day. This nano focus gets you closer to achieving micro goals, which gets you closer to...well, you know. This has resulted in a significant paradigm change for me. It's a reverse engineering of the goal-setting process, and it's really effective. The first stage is to clearly define your overarching, long-term aim. From here, you must break things down into the micro objectives that are necessary to achieve the overall goal.

2. Stop Making Comparisons

Your present moment is not the next (or the next, or the next, or the next...). Comparison culture suffocates creativity, self-esteem, and motivation. However, it is difficult to prevent. And we are all aware of how ineffective and impractical it is. I mean, if you're new to singing, comparing yourself to Ed Sheeran is maybe not the best choice. However, if you must compare, use an early example of his singing when he was still learning. It's far more inspiring and practical. Aside from selecting the appropriate comparison model, another beneficial habit is knowing how to look within and only practise self comparison. That is, you are just comparing yourself to who you were yesterday (and the day before that, and the day before that).

Prepare Yourself for Success

Our surroundings are important. So the concept of stacking the deck in your favour is straightforward - and nothing new. Simply said, when our environment and external variables complement our aims and mentality, we perform better and are more motivated. So here are three essential areas to which I give special attention: Who is in your inner circle? With whom do you spend your time? Are they motivating and consistent with your beliefs and objectives? Your outer ring Who do you pay attention to? What kinds of material do you like to watch? Is it helpful in achieving your objectives?

Your surroundings

Is your living space and room encouraging and inspiring? What sounds, scents, images, and designs do you find inspiring?

Value of small steps never disapoint us !!!!!
