Inclusive Education
A new strategy for educating children with and without disabilities and diverse students from various backgrounds studying together in the same classroom is called inclusive education. The goal of inclusive education is to remove the barriers that keep students from participating in the educational process. Positive attitude teachers maintained that inclusion entails more than simply placing a child with special needs in a regular class. The needs of children with disabilities are not being adequately met in many developing and developed nations, including Pakistan, which is one of them. Inclusive education for students with disabilities does not happen on its own. A number of factors influence its ability to educate special education students include attitude and beliefs of parents, children, and teachers and to empower parents to assert their children's right to an inclusive education.
Pakistan's Perspectives On Inclusive Education
Pakistan has a population of 225.2 million people, of which 208 million are disabled in some way. In Pakistan, more than 95% of the population with disabilities lacks access to special education facilities, which has an impact on their ability to become contributing members of society. People in Pakistan must spread awareness of the needs of children with disabilities, and more people need the training to assist them in their educational and daily lives. Many organization is working on inclusive education like the Inclusive Assessments pilot project, Rural Inclusive Education Program, and Deaf Reach, in inclusive classrooms, special education teachers also conduct regular assessments to determine whether students are meeting academic goals. Recently KFC has actively contributed to the deaf community's education and training, paving the way for a better future for them. Pakistan strongly supports equal human rights to education with no inequity based on disability.
Teachers' role in inclusive education
Teachers' creativity may include learning to teach in new ways or designing lessons so that all children can participate. When planning lessons, teachers need to understand the strengths, weaknesses, interests, and communication styles of their students. Instructors should consider a variety of approaches to course content structuring and select the design that best serves their student populations.

Challenges of special education teacher's
Special education is a very challenging field. 50% of special education teachers leave their jobs within 5 years. the bur-out rate is high as compared to other professions, the reason is that, in some cases, general education teachers are more highly valued than special education teachers, secondly, differently abled students learn in different ways and grasp concepts at different times. All teachers find it challenging to use differentiated instruction and individualized teaching methods. Many teachers are trained and eager to teach, but they are burdened with responsibilities that keep them away from the classroom. There are frequently students in a special education classroom who have severe chronic illnesses that could lead to death.

Conclusion
Inclusive education plays an essential role in every school, everyone should respect others' cultures, languages, beliefs, religions, etc. we learn more in a diverse classroom rather than with the same students. because everyone comes from different backgrounds. The teacher must need to create an environment that is conducive to learning and is supportive of all students regardless of their skills and mobility level. Muniba Mazari is a role model for everyone. she said that "There has to be a middle ground for all differently able people. We too are humans. We don't feel inspirational all the time. So give us that margin of being humans and. People are not disabled; they are differently-abled"
