TATA DATA VISUALIZATION VIRTUAL EXPERIENCE PROGRAM - FORAGE

There are 29 publicly listed Tata companies – many are market leaders in their respective industries.

This virtual experience program is available at one of our companies, Tata Insights and Quants or Tata iQ. You will gain insight into how our passionate multidisciplinary experts solve some of the most complex business problems using data visualization solutions, such as Tableau and Power BI and create amazing stories with the data they generate the foothills of the mountains.

The program will show you the problems that are solved on a daily basis at Tata Insights & Quants and will try to simulate the challenges that you will face.

TASK 1

Framing the Business Scenario :

Create a set of four questions that you anticipate each business leader will ask and want to know the answers to. Make sure you differentiate your questions, as both the CEO and CMO view business decisions through different lenses.

TASK 1 SOLUTION :

Dear CEO:

Given the shifting consumer preferences and escalating competition in the market, how do you see our online retail company's growth strategy developing in the future?

What steps are being done to improve the overall user experience on our platform, and how do you intend to use cutting-edge technologies to maintain a competitive edge in this area?

What actions are being taken to safeguard the security and protection of our customers' personal information, and how do you intend to gain and keep their trust in light of the recent data breaches and privacy issues across the industry?

What tactics are in place to achieve a balance between product diversity and keeping a focused brand image that appeals to consumers as we continue to grow our product offerings?

Dear CMO:

What actions are being taken to successfully reach and engage our target audience, and how do you intend to match our marketing efforts with the shifting customer preferences and behavior in the online retail space?

Can you provide some light on our customer acquisition and retention methods as well as how we use data analytics to enhance the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and raise return on investment (ROI)?

What part do you think social media will play in our marketing strategy? How will we use social media to promote our brand, communicate with customers, and build a sense of community around it?

How can you set our brand apart from the competition in the increasingly cutthroat world of online retail?
